This is so helpful and the video quality is great, but it really deserves a new voice-over with a better mic - really tough to make out the audio at times. Great nonetheless, this gives me so many variations which I will be practicing! Thanks!
How can u go from a standing position to the bridge pose i mean like bending backwards and then going into that position? I can only do the bridge when I lay down somewhere before doing it and I cant do it when I staand before
There are several potential reasons for getting a headache (related to being upside down, and/or being in a backbend) - I'd suggest talking to a flexibility coach, doctor, or physical therapist to help figure out the cause in your body. If you're regularly getting headaches while you stretch that is absolutely a red flag an a reason to dial it back. (Most likely you haven't built up the strength to do the drill with enough control yet). Dizzyness/headaches are not sensations to tough out or push through - they're signs to dial it back!
Can you bend backwards with relaxed shoulders and draping arms, like Billy Eilish, and stand up again (hands never touch the ground). I can't find anyone doing it

@@DaniWinksFlexibility That's so nice of you to explain, Thank you! Even though I don't know much about the girl, I was sure there had to be a physical explanation. :-)
Excellent coaching here! I am a 54 year old dude. The detailed progressions make me feel that this is doable. Thanks!
I thought this would be one of those scams but i can almost do it! I will practice so i can. Keep up the great work! 💗

I found it very helpful but when I go upside down I feel a rush of blood into my head and it causes a headache so I don’t know how to stop that

I'm not sure what you're referring to

I’ve also noticed that I can not lift my arms of the group without my head hitting the floor
This would be another indication that the drill you're doing is probably a bit too advanced for your current strength/flexibility level.
Thank you for nothing
