Singapore 2023 | Day 3 | Merlion | Lau Pa Sat | AVATAR: The Experience at Cloud Forest | 新加坡滨海湾

After an exciting day at Universal Studios Singapore, we opted for a well-deserved lie-in. Once we were up and about, we ventured out for an early lunch and relished in some delicious Nasi Lemak and Laksa at Toast Box.
Our day of exploration began with a ride on the MRT to Raffles Place, from where we strolled to Merlion Park to gaze upon Singapore's iconic landmark, the Merlion.
Next, we meandered along Clifford's Pier, through the CBD, and arrived at Lau Pa Sat. This is truly the epitome of experiencing hawker center culture in Singapore. While there's no air conditioning, the iced sugarcane juice, chicken rice, and stir-fried noodles made it all worthwhile.
After a satisfying lunch, we hopped back on the MRT to Bayfront, where we explored Marina Bay Sands and visited the unique Apple Store floating on the water. From there, we ventured to Gardens by the Bay, where we enjoyed Avatar: The Experience at Cloud Forest and the Flower Dome.
To wrap up the day, we headed to Outram Park and delighted in some Singaporean chili mud crab in Chinatown.
