As zags fan who watches all their games for over 20 years i will say this. At some point suggs need to play better than 6 assists and 6 turnovers. He has been better about committing dumb fouls. I have always said andrew nembard is better in halfcourt offense than suggs as seen in this game. 7-9 from field with 8 assists and only 1 turnover. Andrew isn't the defender suggs is though. The starting 5 today is near impossible to defend b/c of spacing issues. However, they can be scored on. When they bring watson off the bench they way better on defense. Even cook the 4th guard is good defender, but like watson make the zags easier to defend on offensive end. It's always a trade off. I noticed USC has taj eaddy as starting guard who scored 20 against oregon. He is transfer from the WCC vis santa clara. The only bummer for me is i have live fantasy baseball draft during zags vs USC game. Like i say manage fouls and low turnovers, make ft's, protect 3 pt line esspecially when ahead in a game. 3 pt shooting is always an X factor. Go Zags!
