But if they’re not well known yet the Agency won’t allow them to sign but they will guide them along until they’re either big enough to sign or drop them. She prob had a Hip Pocket Deal with WME then after she blew up with Drake she officially sign. The day she Signs that officially is when it gets announced. I worked in the Mail Room at WME when it was just William Morris.

For the record, I only do Frontend and wasn’t confident I would be able to build out the API interrogations.
