    Politics aside 🤭😄 the NE is beautiful. I lived in NW CT for 25 years and I sure miss it watching this video. Great stuff guys, thanks very much.

    Three big trees down in an hour is sure sign of the need for a hotel!

      @@CoddiwompleOverland I wonder how many tents that were along that first set of camps were squashed in that wind storm?

      Same, squashed or blown away.

    Nice try guys. It looked like to me that Aspen wasn't the one who needed a break but Ms. Deb from the vicious attack by Aspen in the seat! Also it always upsets me when I see the Mom and Pop stores close down because of two major factors: Good help and high priced goods to sell because they are not big box stores who get the big discounts. My Mom and Dad had a mom and Pop grocery store outside a state park. They could actually get hamburger buns cheaper at the big box store than the bread guy delivery. Something is wrong when that happens! Ooooh! I think you pushed one of my buttons. Sorry! Loved the vid.

      Your right 😂 Deb definitely needed a break. We also hate the mom and pops closing. Thanks for watching.

    I miss the beauty of the northeast, but not in winter! Mt. Washington held the record for the highest winds ever clocked... 231mph on 4/12/1934! That's why the buildings are anchored into the rock. Gotta watch out for those widow-makers! Thanks and be safe!

      We were really looking forward to Mt Washington. Guess we will have to go back.... Yea, we are pretty cautious when it comes to wind.

    When mama Nature is talking to ya, it is always wise to listen. lol, yeah third time is the charm. I don't blame ya. Although, I wish folks wouldn't do that blocking off of dispersed sites. That's dirty cards. But as we always say, "Everything happens for a reason." Can't wait to see what y'all get into, in New Hampshire!

      We felt it was definitely talking to us. Your right everything happens for a reason.

    I just took a 3 day trip to Moosehead for some fishing last Spring. I’ve been looking around for more New England spots and trails. My rig is stock, so I’m looking at gravel and dirt roads, or minimally technical trails. Hadn’t considered the NEBDR… I had thought it was motorcycle exclusive? How was your experience and is it something you would recommend with my 4Runner, getting new AT tires soon…

    • @CoddiwompleOverland
      @CoddiwompleOverland  ปีที่แล้ว

      None of the BDR's are exclusive as they are county or state roads. Your 4 running would be fine.

    You keep hitting home runs with your videos but I was wondering what ever happened to the older couple in the red jeep who were in you earlier videos.

      Thanks! Alan and Nancy have been doing a lot of stuff with their family since Covid eased up. They will be back out with us hopefully soon.

    what percentage of the NEBDR is gravel or dirt roads? for the limited amount I have looked at this (starting in Ny and got to green mountains so far)its mostly on paved roads would you say that is correct?

    • @CoddiwompleOverland
      @CoddiwompleOverland  ปีที่แล้ว

      We have not finished the whole thing. They may have it on the BDR website.

      You are correct, it was a road side spur of the moment conversation Deb tried to capture.
