Woe we really did witness that kid’s villain origin story 😂
Only the lawyers win.
Everyone should become a lawyer.
Looks like 50 50. No pun intended 😂
The kid wants it all.
Gives him a high five 😂😂😂
😂😂😂
lol
he was about to yank it
He wasn’t yanking anything with those scrawny arms 😂😂
@@ohyaaa6181 he’s a growing boy.
Possession is 9/10 of the law
It's a SCRAMBLE for the ball, everybody on equal footing. He should have kept pulling on it like everybody else. This happens at every game, so how is this any different. He lost. End of. No battery there. LMAO
agreed
Bet how the judge will see it as well.
Did he catch it and make a baseball move? If not, we cannot call it possession.
Im laughing. Dude high fiving and shaking hands.
Yeah but every time he did, he switched the ball over to other hand. Must have been a running back in his past life.
Learn to catch
No next time bring a glove 😂
Gen Z lesson. Phone or ball. Choose one. Can't covet both.
That’s what I was saying lmao he didn’t even commit to the ball!
This is why I don't entrust the future to Gen Z..
@@ark7204Ah yes because psycho generations are any better than the losers growing up now.
He looks like he was standing on the side while others jumped in to fight foe it and he just reached in with one hand.
Youngster had his hands on not one but two balls. Maybe the other guy should press charges.
This was the kid constantly crying about something in ur school.
It's who has it last
Greed. It will ultimatly destroy the human race.
You lost it get over it
Let's look at the replay....not enough evidence to overturn the call lol
Kid should have dropped his phone for a several million dollar ball. Life is a giant lesson.
“The man” who got the ball. Keywords
Hey kid you can have my left ball
Doubt you have any to give
😅😂😅😂the other guys response and name to your comment has me dead af😅😂😅😂
@@PDiddler-v4eprobably because they’re in your mouth, look at your name you got diddy in it who know what else you got
@@danielsanchez-ff2bo you’re welcome
The kid didn't appear reaching the ground at any point, where the ball should be at if the guy in black shirt not yet took possession of. The guy was already kneeling in that area two seconds before the kid came.
Kid claims that his left hand firmly hold on to the ball first. But it appeared his left hand was in the same altitude, intertwining with the guy's UCL area of the arm, and all at sudden, the guy was able to emerge the ball holding in his right palm?
The only counter argument for the kid to have would be that if the guy in black was this aggressive, why wait few seconds to raise his hand, showing everybody, so that was the time he was robbing it.
We can only infer what the video didn't show. But 75% of chance the guy had it first, the kid just reach out to it.
Possession is 9/10ths of the law. He has no case. No battery was committed.
No it’s not
What’s the other 10th?
@@cubsfan84 the receipt
LOL - this kids daddy got money to waste to pay for the lawyers? 😂
Cry me a river 🎻
Black shirt guy got it.
Please put your cell phone in your pocket.
For a 4 million dollar ball that phone would have to go...Kid didn't get the ball the dude you came up with it did...Apparently the Gen z kid thinks he should get a Participant Payout or something...Good Luck with that kid...
😂😂😂💯 agree
put the phone down next time kid
Boomers Win Again!!
Yeah that ain’t no boomer.
This is stupid! He should have put his phone down and fully committed to the ball. Hope he gets counter sued for attempted defamation, he picked his phone over trying to get the ball with both hands, and now looks like mommy and daddy are crying disappointed in him and got him a lawyer.
It’s privileged speech so it’s not defamation
@@PDiddler-v4eI’ll look into that, but now he shared his name, called him a thief, and as stupid as this lawsuit is, file a counter right or wrong scare that kid for putting your reputation on the line.
You ever trained in combat sports? Has nothing to do with this, but it has showed me commitment. If he really wanted that ball he should have dropped his phone and committed to that ball.
I’m a strong individual so maybe he lacks strength and knowledge, but if I wanted the ball I’d grab it with both hands, and use my feet as I’m very flexible to push him away while I use my body to pull the ball away.
He dropped the ball and now he wants a free handout.
💯 agree
@@pitsnpistols1005 he said it in the lawsuit which is privileged speech. He didn’t say it to anyone publicly
And it wasn’t even a dodger fan that got the ball absolutely bs
Bonds 2.0. only the attorneys came up on top.
You know what they say? He Who Smelt it . Felt It.
You can see him crying “no fair it was mine first!!!” No it wasn’t little boy! Clearly the man got the ball before you did’ lmao 🤣
Boomers Win Again!!
💯💯
@@raymondsaldana7293More like an Xer. Zoomers and Boomers all cry like babies when they don't get their way. Max Matus is exhibit A.
@@raymondsaldana7293That's not even a boomer...
@@user-f44hil126ylI that's a 20 something bro.
Judge should saw it in half and give it back to both of them.
Hey left ball what right ball kid gets whats in between...
maybe they should change the rules in the NFL..one hand on the football in a scrabble to get the football on a fumble gets the ball...
Kid thought he didn’t have to get on the ground and get dirty to get that ball. Like cam newton in the Super Bowl.
Could've had the ball if he put his phone in the pocket. Clearly didn't care enough to use two hands.
Crooks look alike got scammed again
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Bring a glove to the park if you wanna catch a ball, chumps.
Bringing a glove wouldnt have mattered seeing as the ball hit the ground and it was a scramble. Do you even think before you type?
@@Jumalten001 /whooooooosh Found the guy who's never played baseball in his life.
@@Jumalten001there was a guy who eas an inch from catching the ball two times . If he had a glove he would have caught it. Lmao.
Grow up kids
Grab the ball raise it and it becomes yours, not touching it
100 percent
I can already smell lawsuits coming in the future when someone “loses” a HR ball
The future is now.
dude had one hand barely on it and claims its his? what a clown
He should've had Dodgers jersey on....
If the kid hit the weight room maybe
going for lawsuit for a ball, very intelligent
RULING ON THE FIELD STANDS!
That guy has no argument here 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
That was more entertaining than baseball itself
He’s a Miami fan so why is he crying
Ownership 90% of the law.
I think the kid had it his hand was squeezed between the mans legs
Wow amazing people
When there’s money there’s always a crowd.
Grown men fighting for balls 😂
It's free for all. Stop crying kid
Get the phone out of your hand kid your fighting for millions!
The other guy wanted it more 🤣
What's the name of the guy in the black shirt again?
Green shirt is the only one allowed to be upset. Go to school kid.
ball or the phone ? well he got one for sure..
He never touched the ball 😂😂😂😂 he couldnt lean over the chair or move the chair out of the way! Sue the chair!!!
I wouldn't of let go and we would of been fighting for that ball that's for sure
That kid is 18? They must of made him with pre…
Kid saw the bid now he crying
Max is cry baby
Dude in red grabbed the wrong balls.
The guy in black won what’s the big deal ?
The kid was probably encouraged by others around him to sue.
He didn't want it bad enough
need more footage
Next time put down the phone
Couldve been his had he been all in. Couldnt unglue the phone from his hands. His bad.
Kid was focused on his phone and celebrated those views and likes a little early
Lol the kid in red had balls in his hand thinking it was the actual baseball 😂
lmaooo only in America
Possession is 50/50 of the law!
Mom was right. He shoulda had a good breakfast…. his whole life.
this video looks like he's trying to take it from someone else. the other guy should countersue.
He did not have that ball, so he has to chance of winning his civil case.
That kid is entitled and the guy was already on the ground with the ball next to his other balls when the kid reached down.
I’m suing too
That the most expensive high five that give will ever get 😂
haha what a cry baby. This kid is going to waste money on lawyers.
Better Call Saul!
The redshirt definitely was late to the ball. The other guy was in the ground with both hands on the ball in full fumble recovery mode.
Rich people problems
Hi five lmfaooooo
Sorry son not your ball
Its a shame these big events can't always be reserved for the teams home crowd but I guess those are the breaks.
Ok, I wasn’t there but I’m claiming it belongs to me because I was supposed to be there that day
First come first served 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽
He took it from the kid by force.the ball created hate in me just by seeing it. It has evil on it bad vibes.
なんか訴訟はじまってて草
MLBはホームランボール回収するようにした方がいいよ絶対
Shouldn’t have let go man! 🤷🏽♂️ you’re fault for letting go
When a home run is hit it’s fair game!
Next time fight harder for a home run ball 🤷🏽♂️
First come first served 🤣🤣🤣🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽
Talk about opportunistic. He wasn’t even close to the ball. The guy that ended up getting the ball was already on the ground and the kid wasn’t even close to it.
obviously the kid doesn't want to work for a living....so it's worth a shot. he just needs to get a lawyer that will only take a percentage IF he wins the case.
Naw bro got that fair , I didn't see no harm done 😂 take your L
