Start arresting them on appropriate charges. California Penal Code § 211 PC prohibits robbery, which is “the felonious taking of personal property in the possession of another, from his person or immediate presence, and against his will, accomplished by means of force or fear.” Robbery is a felony punishable by up to 9 years in state prison.

These kids should be involved in Junior Achievement or being taught how to purchase imports wholesale and selling merchandise....learning about Business Administration...small business....they should be learning how to use a 10-key hand held adding machine to work their OWN.....store AUDITING.....to balance the amounts of merchandise on shelves....for stores
