For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
      John 3:16-21
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
      Mark 1.15

      2 Peter 3:9
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

they will reject a perfectly good, experienced person just to hire their own ppl. it's crazy. they'll also cut hours so the good employees quit just so they can replace them with international students who dont even care half as much as the previous workers. they'll transfer amazing managers and general managers just to have someone who doesn't know sh*t to replace them.

But frankly the liberals, Tim Hortons being bought out by Burger King, and Tim Hortons franchises being bought out and employing only Indians ruined a once great Canadian brand. Tim Horton and Ron Joyce would be disgusted with what unrecognizable low quality junk the company has become.

The biggest problem right now is they’re hiring new immigrants on the work program. I don’t know what it’s officially called. But every Tim’s in my city is now full of Indians that are fresh off the boat. The Canadian government subsidizes their wages so Tim’s can pay them less than minimum wage, and the government pays the rest of their wages. So guess what that creates? It creates an environment where the people working there don’t give a crap about anything. From customer service to general cleanliness.

      2 Peter 3:9
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
      Hebrews 11:6
6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

My sister worked for Tim Horton’s at several locations in West Edmonton (Alberta). Here’s another problem: the same couple (husband & wife) own at least 6 of these franchises, so the same corporate attitude follows from one restaurant to another.
The food & customer service quality has went to dogshit over the years. You “hit the nail on the head” when you said that this is due to the fact that they hire mostly immigrant workers in their restaurants. Tim Horton’s is one of the largest corporations in Canada that hires immigrant workers, and that is because the government pays up to 50% of their wage for the first year. They (Tim Horton’s) exploit this loophole in Canadian employment law.

For context: I have never been somebody who complains or asks for managers, if I find a hair in my food I usually just pick it out because thats life.
I was working a construction job in the middle of summer where things are full tilt because in my area we basically only have half a year to work proper.
I went to a Taco Bell for lunch because it was the only thing close and I ordered a steak quesadilla because it was rhe only thing I would consider off their menu.
My food comes up and it is COMPLETELY wrong. I had a short time frame for lunch and I'm under the gun. I politely tell the "international student" he got my order wrong. This f'ing a**hole had the nerve to start screaming at me that this is what I ordered. Probably not my best behaviour ever followed, I was actually dumbstruck this was happening. I lost my s**t and I flipped the tray over the counter and the food went all over the floor and I told him to clean it up and I left. I am semi-ashamed but not really, I have worked those jobs (I was a McDonalds teen not a timmies) and never in a million f'ing years would it have even crossed my mind to SCREAM AT A CUSTOMER.
I'm in college now and I see "international students" daily and the way they feel entitled to behave in Canada is just mind blowing to me.

Aside from the cultural enrichment that mass immigration graces us with, and the increased profits that government subsidized wages for foreign workers gives Tim Horton’s, there is the situation where a lot of the stores don’t make the donuts anymore. They are shipped in from a central depot and aren’t as fresh. Out in the countryside where things are more Canadian, the T.H. experience is more civil and still a form of socializing like it was before mass immigration destroyed most of the cities in Canada.

@@Handle_Hashira that’s really interesting to hear you say that because I always thought the UK had a larger Indian community. Or maybe those Indians are more assimilated into UK culture

This is not just Tim's, it's pretty much anywhere, be it fast food joints, take-out/delivery pizza, even sit down restaurant, the quality, service and overall cleanliness has diminished considerably!

Great great video sir. This isn't just the downfall of Tim Hortons, but the downfall of the west.
We're noticing, everyone have been noticing. We're not gonna put up with this anymore

100% true. I grew up in Hamilton, the hometown of Tim's, and fell into the ritual of Tim's in the eighties. Spent countless nights sipping double doubles with friends, dates, coworkers. Chili in a bread bowl was my favourite when it came out - for limited times at first, but eventually it became a regular menu item. Thick, full of meat and beans, it was so good on the road home from a ski trip. Then I noticed it had gotten more watery, thought it was just a bad batch at first but it became consistent as stores ran out of the good stuff. This was such a decline in quality that I had to investigate, which led to finding out that Tim's had been sold to Restaurant Brands International (owns Burger King) who have a history of sucking every last cent of value out of a brand before dumping it.
After 30 years of being a loyal and proud Tim's goer, that was the day I stopped and have never been back. Tim's hasn't been Canadian-owned since 1995, and I'm amazed it's still as popular as it is.

It's not just the quality has dropped because being bought up, it's the demographic change and almost only Indian's hired now. I suspect they get 50% of salaries paid by us tax payers via government.
The new name for Tim Hortons is "Singh Hortons" in Canada.
