Yes, you can use lemon oil in pasta al limone. However, it is important to note that lemon oil is a concentrated extract of lemon, so you will need to use less of it than you would use fresh lemon juice.

They are not too expensive, Parmesan is perhaps the one that costs a little more, but it depends!
