You need to ask the Police for there Driving Lience to proof who they are.
The copper is thick as shit
I'm a lawyer in Australia, I watch a lot of British auditors mostly because I'm interested in the legal aspect of it. Your law has some solid elements worthy of bringing up, but I'd suggest doing so in a laymans method: "I'm on a public footpath." "You cannot trespass the eye." "Photography from public is perfectly legal, it might breach your policy but I am not an employee." "Personal consent is irrelevant." "You don't own the airspace above your property, just as planes, helicopters, airships can cross over your property or even hover over it, I am a registered pilot who can do the same as I please." Then there's some extrinsic arguments like Barbara Streisand, this was dealt with decades ago when she was super buttmad that they filmed her home. Also you need a better introduction, "I film interesting buildings on industrial estates for my TH-cam channel, I'll do a drone shot for Google Maps and be on my way." Good job pointing out Google Maps but when he said you're flying a drone over you didn't mention Google Earth. I know these are all things you've probably gone home and thought "Crap I wish I said X, Y or Z." but these are short concise arguments you can keep in your back pocket. Edit: It's not a "private" company, companies are not private, it's a publicly listed company, for all she knows you might be a shareholder, therefore her boss.
I just saw the foreign bellend trying to lord over you, good on you for standing your ground btw. You should have pointed out the difference between a private citizen and a publicly traded publicly listed publicly registered publicly accessible publicly viewable on Google (earth and maps) surrendering their right to privacy.
He’s the sort of person you don’t want to be associated with ....
We’ll done to that officer; used his massive intellect and surgical questioning to fool us into thinking he’s just a twat
I agree 100% that police officer should keep quiet rather than look like the fool he becomes by the end of this interaction. He needs to understand no "crime no powers" not for requesting id, not for enforcing "feelings"
That's why they are in special measures.
Is that why he has his trousers tucked into his boots ? @@kevinsancto1574
Hahaha, Superb.
It seems difficult if not impossible to watch the police interaction and come away concluding that officer of the law was anything other than the word you used above.
Petty, gaslighting, patronising, condescending, and unprofessional in one video; I’m actually impressed with whichever constabulary this is. Those officers single-handedly and without any self-awareness helped create a video of how not to deal with the public. Congratulations Chief Constable
Spot on, buddy.
TBF, you could see the Nazi copper's colleague cringing. I'm surprised he didn't get back in the car and drive off leaving the SS Gruppenfuhrer to carry on spouting nonsensical hogwash.
Well said, But it generally comes from top down
The two woodentops are an embarrassment to the service , the fat one tried to be clever and showed himself to be unintelligent, I bet the solicitors rub their hands when he's in court. Out of his depth and ignorant of the law hes supposed to uphold. Totally unprofessional standards. Back to school for him, ginger one knew to keep his mouth shut. Its better to be quiet and let people assume you are stupid rather than opening your mouth and confirming it. Embarrassing for them.
If he wanted to piss anyone off, he did it in the first 30 secs 😂😂
The copper with the dark hair was a top class bellend
"I can't allow you to film our site"
"Luckily for me the *law* allows it, and the law trumps your opinion".
The most worrying thing is that the officer thinks the way he behaves is ok. And they wonder why there is no respect or trust for the police.
Impartial or on the companys side ? Hmm
@@northernaudits enforcing feelings as usual. They are there for corporate businessl. But not for the normal working man/woman.
Yes because . ? ? ?

explain what a load of old 💩💩💩💩He s talking 😂😂😂😂
HE Lead himself “right up the garden path” 🤡👮🤥🤥🤥
Anybody around that BPD/NPD officer will be traumatized.
At times like this and during encounters with morons like this, I would refer Northern Audits to Mark Twain who wisely advised ""Never argue with idiots, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience".
Hands in pockets, no hats, unprofessional. Typical UK police nowadays.
It felt like this guy was completely against me from the outset.
How don't the police know all this s*** now. They had a good excuse years ago, but not now. Surely, they should just leave you alone. 🏴
more professional than this drone sh111te
Good rebuttal, well thought out, well presented.
Asking loads of questions, “You don’t need to answer the questions”.
How stupid does that sound?
‘’Do you think you’re guilty of committing an offence? If you do I can demand your details’’
Oh, ok then, I’ve refused to give my details and you want me to admit something I’m not doing so you can get my details.
I would be embarrassed if I was the O.B. Doing all the talking, watching this back.
BTW how much did he pay for the Uniform………….? Because it wasn’t given to him for free. Someone has taken the piss, you’d have thought all his colleagues got theirs for free.
What a strange interaction……with a……….
It's the most excitement short Karen has ever had.
What a horrible, horrible woman. Shouting and swearing at the public. This is a terrible representation of this company and threatening to follow people who are in public…WOW!!!
Brilliant auditing NA…tge eagle has landed🙏🙏🙏
Some poor fella might be married to that harridan. Imagine coming home to her after a night out in the pub?
Bet she's single
Disgusting behaviour by police
When there is a real crime they run away. Cowards.
Typical g3stapo thugs working in best interress of big-pharma.
Why attend burglaries and such when you can arrest people over tweets, or argue over moral & non legal matters like here?
Nothing new then from the hogs🤔
When you have to ask permission to do something legal, you're living in a police state.
A very fair and accurate point.
They never give permission
Not really though, when it comes to filming private citizens & property. If they refuse & it's lawful then still nothing stopping you, but asking for permission means you're not being a complete w**
@@1inchPunchBowl not really. asking permission is 1) a waste of time because they say no anyway, so why ask for permission when you don't need to just for them to say no. 2) Also, I have to record everything because sometimes allegations are made that aren't true, so it wouldn't be very fair to walk into their building with a camera and record their receptionists.
@@nicotoscani1707 yeah everyone has their own style, and they are welcome to take any approach but I'm not a fan of pressing the buzzer or walking in/on anymore. If you notice, I've actually never put anyone on camera, they only ever walk up to my camera in public whilst I'm filming the building
"If you think you are committing an illegal act, I have powers" what a divvy !!
His oppo seems totally bemused and wisely keeps his mouth shut.
Loved the grey haired twitch granny and superhero security "I'll deal with this"
Great video. The woman totally embarrassed herself, and well what can I say about that copper. Jesus, what a rude, idiot. You could tell the other copper was embarrassed by the way his colleague was acting. I can't stop laughing at the crap that copper was spouting. Well done Northern Audits, the coppers walk of shame said it all. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
That silly woman is screaming about "Common Courtesy" yet there she is shouting at a member of the public who is not breaking any laws.
She was quite nasty and never asked for consent to approach or engage.
@@svenpoletka5236 You see this soo many times, people get a position in a company and somehow in their heads they start to believe the organisation is far more important than it is, and they are a very very important and powerful person within that organisation.
I wonder what it feels like when the Police inform them they aren't so important after all.
There's a whole field of psychology dedicated to this subject and some fascinating social experiments done to observe it.
The research of Philip Zimbardo being just some that fascinates and also scares me very much.
@@thewhitbyphotographer I agree `Delusions of Grandeur` is common place amongst minimum wage, poorly educated Security personnel and even more so amongst the police...they would warrant our pity if their delusions were not so dangerous and cringe.

THUGS in uniforms.
@@northernaudits thats what he says to the judge when he asks him to ID himself "cant you see my name and my uniform"?
His attitude stinks. Should’ve told him to jog on and invoke your right to silence
Companies need to train their employees, particularly their security staff on the laws on how to deal with situations like this.... actually the police need to train their employees on this too
I laughed so much at that policeman. Not a good thing for a lady of my age😳
He showed himself up by having poor reasoning, and poorer people skills.
I hope he sees this and reads some of the comments.
Top tip, in this country, we are innocent until proven guilty.
One day Mr Policeman, you will be asked to choose a side, lets hope you make the right choice.
N.A- Thanks for another great video.
So you thought, but then someone did a terrorism to themselves, and all of that changed.
The police officer is SHOCKING, he tried so hard to intimidate you into giving your name, while talking down to you.
"I'll let you on your way"
Who does he think he is 😂
"The conversation would have been a lot shorter if you had of just given me your name."
Translates to "the conversation would have gone alot quicker if you had of allowed me violate your rights and intimidate you into giving me your private details for no good reason except that "i am a police officer" and demand it.
🤡
Yeah I think I he didn't like me from the outset. One good thing is that I'm actually not known to the police, I have a 100% never arrested or detained record to keep intact 😀
Notification to the officers
I’m sure you will view this public record , you must report your actions and inform your supervisor officers of this public record and be held accountable for your conduct for your actions
It’s clear on the public record you have overstepped your perceived authority, used threats and intimidation to obtain details of a member of the public conducting his legal activity in public
Your supervisor officers must act on this recorded and documented on the public record , you are a clear danger to the public and a clear liability to the uk police service
The public will not tolerate this behaviour and misconduct
The public in view of this public record insists that your supervisor officers take action against this unacceptable conduct
For cops to 'gain advantage' which includes identification, by misuse of laws they should know, is a criminal offence. S26 Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015
Also I'm sure there are multiple pieces of official guidance to not provide personal details when not required from the Information Commissioner etc.
You are not wrong there. Does Entick v Carrington (and others) in 1765 mean nothing to this ill informed officer, at least the support officer had the good sense to keep quiet for the most part. The Americans copied most of the findings of this case in their fourth amendment.
@Kwalsh1962 totally agree well said 👏
Brilliant audit,,,,,that cop is a "wrongunn ! " He has an unjustified sense of entitlement,,,,,
Yeah I didn't like him purely because I think he didn't like me
That officer is definitely an abuser, obvious on approach
The copper is right to view the world in that way as he is a diversity hire. The police made him think like that.
Patronising unprofessional, glad you stood your ground,
Standing up for your rights as a human being in the uk apparently makes the police think your being awkward! Never ceases to amaze me how stupid the police can be! This country is doomed..
I am both blown away and terrified how these people even make it into the police service!
Wow this cop is a bellend. A private citizen doesn't want to surrender his documents because a publicly listed publicly traded publicly accessible CORPORATION has a problem with him filming from the sidewalk.
Loved the tumbleweed during the deafening silence when they stopped to think what to say next.😂
😉
You played those coppers so well👍
She is proof that "care in the community" doesn't work.
"Do you think you're guilty of a criminal offence; because if you do i've got a power to demand you're name" - this made me laugh the hardest. It is not what a person thinks that gives the Police powers to demand a name, it is reasonable grounds to suspect that a person has or is about to commit an offence. He may have believed he committed an offence when it was actually, which negates his own thoughts determining the powers to demand his name.
harsh but fair
The cop says I don't have to call you Sir.
Correct, but he does have to be polite or respectful. Now get back to work, and educate the complainant.
He didn't identify and they didn't say about recording
That wanna be THUG in uniform is a great danger to the public safety. Hope he will end up in prison one day, where he belong.
That copper has no idea what,s he on about just coming out with a load of trivel
100% complain about that idiot officer. He was up for an argument from the start. Clueless, petty, arrogant, and full of attitude 😡
Northern audits is fast becoming one of the best auditors. Great people skills and knowledge.
Cheers 🥂
I feel so sorry for her. She actually believes what she's saying. As for the police? Scruffy, inept and incompetent. If there are no flying restrictions and the drone is legal then the police have no authority to prevent him from doing what he wants. It's so embarrassing to watch them. The officer doing most of the talking needs alot of training.
😂😂I feel sorry for her aswell😮😮😮😂😂😂
(Thinks) ... That reminds me, I must take the dog out for a walk.
Take the corrupt cop's details and put in a complaint. I'm *outraged*.
There's something about that police guy that seems off and I don't like it.
There is no wonder the public have no confidence in the police what so ever

That copper is as thick as a plank. How his mate didn't burst out laughing is beyond me. Lol😂
Although his mate didn't say much he was as arrogant and condescending as his scruffy colleague .
Because he's also probably as thick as a plank.
If he rings 111 , he is more likely to get an ambulance than the police .
Great audit, well done for staying calm and rational. The police officer was unnecessarily argumentative.
One officer stands back whilst the other makes a fool of himself. Why don't these officers appraise themselves of the laws in relation to filming in a public place and using drones.
To be fair to the other officer, he did step up and make a fool of himself by saying it's polite to give me your details, (28:32) whilst not giving his name and having he's hands in his pockets and being as arrogant as his colleague.
They have zero interest in law enforcement at all, they're political enforcement.
One was a pcso too🤣
Because in this instance they were being recorded so the main clown kept his distance. Imagine all the incidents he attends where no camera is watching! I am sure with no witness it would have been handcuffs, a good digging and a van ride to the station. Who would a magistrate believe? A man with no camera or a corrupt copper? They are not interested in the law unless it helps them to take a member of the public off the street.
I believe he is a probationer PC (2 years) under the PC wants to arrest NA on his thinking thoughts process 😆😆 @26:21
Amazing how police think they have rights they don't..
The more I watch these types of video, the more I can't believe how dumb the cops are getting. Just an embarrassment really.
Love how these highly sensitive and security conscious sites give up up that information so easily, like this one that has now told all drug addicts and dealers that they are a drug company.
The cop on the left gets it. Mr "I have the power" doesn't understand that he doesn't have the power. He's the kind of cop that would like a police state.
I know, yet the quiet one never stood up for himself- coward.
Powerless
Straight from castle grey skull
The one on the left certainly doesn't get it. At all. He's just as bad.
We're IN a police state...or almost already.

Great stuff here. An officer publicly encapsulating everything that's wrong with the modern Police Service.

Those officers proving that recruitment to the police has reached the bottom of the barrel.
PIGS are here to CONTROL YOU, NOT TO protect You.
They had to lower the level of the barrel some years ago. I think some of them are even below that, amongst the gunk that seeps below the revised bottom level.
And these clowns need a degree...probably in Being Stupid ..three year course at Doncaster College lol

What a set of bullies! Mate you’re doing a great job.
That copper is a clown
Since when do Police Officers not address members of the public as Sir or Madam? I would not even answer if a Police Officer addressed me as mate
They reckon calling people mate is more friendly ,and less officious, but to a lot of people it's too informal.
I personally would let them call me mate twice before challenging them , once is a possible mistake, two confirms its deliberate, and the third time I'd call them darling, or sweetheart( male or female) to prove I can be informal too.
@@ianhill4585I’d call them servant.

Very intelligent and articulate policing, I'm paying this person's wages.....
Should be used as a training video by the Police force on how not to interact with auditors. The Police Officer let his ego get in the way.
Its amazing that Police come for a man with a camera in like 1 hour but you have a burglary it takes 3 days if they come!
I reckon it was quicker than 1 hour but yes I get your point, legal filming and flying Vs a burglary

Zooming in on “I’m not short” vigorously shaking her head, is subtle comedy genius.
This is the worse case of unprofessional behavior I have ever seen from a company and police. That scruffy looking cop did everything in his power to escalate the situation because his brain was empty and his feelings were hurt. Never ever talk to cops. His family must be embarrassed to watch him at work. Back to basic training.
Needs a bath by the looks of him and uniform is filthy bet he stinks😂

The best auditor I've found so far. I'm very tempted to begin auditing in Wales, watch out! 😂
The drone stuff is as usual awesome, how you manage to go back at night and record is very clever. Also, you are always polite, and not fake, unlike a lot of "auditors" who are only trying for content.....you are very "real" as to how you interact with people........:)
Cop waffled on and on, going round in circles. and didn't get what he wanted. He thought he was clever but he did not know drone laws. He will now learn.
You handled those crime detectives like a pro. Well done.😂😂😂

Great drone footage. Always love the day and night footage. Well edited and put together. 👌👍
The police officers handled you professionally in that they did not overstep the mark and remained calm at all times. Those commenting on the channel stating that they were appalling or abusing their powers really should look up the law. The public want the police to investigate and ascertain whether someone is potentially committing a crime or not. You could be staking the place out to commit a crime and if the police did not carry out this level of due diligence people would rightly complain they weren’t doing their job. One has to ask, those commenting on here condemning these officers are they ignorant or even criminals themselves or dislike the police carrying out the duty taxpayers pay them for.
Observations welcome, I normally leave it to the audience to decide. The one thing that did go in their favour is that they didn't actually use any powers to detain etc.
Why would they ever need to overstep any mark in regards to law? They shouldn't even have turned up, as there was no crime occurring in the first place. Not blaming the individuals who turned up, they do as ordered, but even then that is wrong. The questions need asking, like why am I attending this business, when all it is, is a person stood on public land filming the business.
You report a burglary or an assault and nobody turns up. If a company reports a non crime, an instant police response and a major incident.
Finally an admission by a police officer that they have time to spend kicking their heels. And their was me thinking they were massively understaffed and can't keep up with all the crime they have to deal with!
Horrible condescending police officers
The answer “I’d rather not” is a perfectly reasonable answer to the question “would you mind giving us your details?”
Just because it’s not the answer PC Slow wanted, doesn’t make it an incorrect answer.
Exactly 💯
never trust the police how nice they talk you can not trust them
Everything they say is designed to gather intelligence and may incriminate us
