Funny enough, i picked up a pair of Velocitas for 40$ after watching Josh review of them, and i actually greatly disagreed with it. I agree that the studs are annoyingly short, other than that i think they Alchemist are great boots and even better than they Furon V7 that i own. I think the issue is they arent a boot thats ready out the box. After several wears, the stiff upper on the alchemist becomes literally sock like soft and stretches to your foot. Ball feel on it for me is amazing as feels barefoot. Personally, at least with the alchemist, id stay true to size as after several wears it will stretch significantly. The build quality i feel is far better than NB, and all of my NB are starting to give way. My other gripe is its literally difficult to find them in the US. I picked up my pair on ebay, but it was difficult finding sizing and colorways. Ive been looking for the blood red colorway as a second pair and it has been impossible to find in the US. Ill say if you can find them on sale, bear through the wear in process they are actually pretty good
There are always some random websites that have umbro boots, hard to find but if you google search and go like 20-30 links down you can find a lot of gems
Joshinho, Diadora veloce SL review pending? On this boot Umbro still hasn't replaced the sad cheap soleplate on this boot so it's definitely a no go. I own a pair of velocita IV and these still share the same soleplate
Not sure who at Umbria is in charge of setting prices, but they need to get canned. $220 would be more appropriate, and that’s being generous to Umbro. Josh, any chance you’ll reviewing anything from Adler?
I wish Umbro would get rid of these awful soleplate. They've been using it since 2017 and it's not great. The structure is poor, and the studs aren't long enough.
I’ve wanted a pair of umbros for a long time now and happened to come across a pair of the OG Medusæ today, copped them, now these pop up. Damn it. They look awesome 😳
I think I would have a really hard time playing in those due to the stiffness of the sole plate in the front. I remember years back having a pair of boots that was really stiff and I just couldn't bend my feet right.
Josh has pretty much told Umbro that their boots have been subpar for like the last 5 years and they still send him boots, that’s love man 😂
Tradition at this point
And probably, without him, no one would hear about these boots.
any publicity is good publicity. They used to be a top brand worldwide, they fell off hard
@@JonathanRodriguez-nz9nwNike bought them in 2009. They’re just deadweight at this point. Might as well rebrand them as Jordan or something.
@@javimiami92 i thought they got rid of them though?

I would stay away from Adler I have a pair horenso nothing special
@@gojart3979disagree with that. I have the Yatagarashu and the Horenso and I’d say they’re two of the best leather boots on the market.
Bring back the honeycomb velocita!
Im hoping for an umbro 2024 comeback

@@patitoduck123 €33 😂 next target on the nostalgia tour is a pair of Diadoras or Lottos
@@dky555where do you find em for 30$ ?

Whether intentional or not, the overall shape and silhouette of the entire shoe is almost a 1 to 1 copy of the predator accuracy.1 low.
ถ้ามีคนออกแบบ สัญญาลักษณ์ umbro ให้สวย และเท่กว่านี้ อาจจะยอดขายดีกว่านี้

no reason to really review them. counterfeit boots have not changed in the past couple years and are still terrible quality
