Definitely city doesn't have good build quality. Very poor.
It's better than competitor,virtus has interior rattling which honda doesn't have,and Verna has bigger panel gaps,honda City is built much better,no uneven panel gaps ‼️‼️🌟
There are very few Enthusiasts Cars in India like Honda City, Renolt Duster, Abarth Punto, Ford Figo sports, Polo TSI, VW GTi, Octavia vRS, Brand new Tiago/Tigor Jtp, and the car that put INDIA on wheels legendary Maruti 800

Honda City my most favourite car for years.. 👍
I am a City V CVT owner. Drove over 20000 kms in last 2 years
What I like -
Comfortable seats
Great mileage + power
No major issues or repairs or any instrument replacement in last 2 years
Comfortable to drive in city and highways . Good handling.
Boot size.
Cabin space especially rear seat.
What I don't like
Infotainment - it is poor considering the segment this car belongs to. No Apple or Android car play.
Tyre size - 175/R15 are narrow for this car size. Should have been 185 or 195 which you find in rival cars
Ride over very bumpy roads or speed breakers is not an enjoyable maybe due to hard suspension probably.

I guess you’ve done the review on Honda City before. Haven’t you? I love the way you present the review even if it’s same car. Also, I sooo love Honda City. Just that, I’m not really a fan of the current one. I own third gen City ZX (10th anniversary edition) that is now ten years old. And mayne, it’s still not giving up. Well, there are slight rattles inside the car but that’s all and nothing too buggy. The engine is still not slowing down. I recently went on a long trip with my family and it cruised over 140 kmph without any reluctance. Yes, wind noise from ORVM and A-pillar was prominent but that’s expected when you’re doing over 120. What’s even more? This is my first car. First love ❤️. And first love is always very special. Isn’t it? Haha...
That last sentence impacted me in a deep way. You reminded me of my '94 Accord... ❤

I've been driving City Ivtec for 3 years and I really love it. Even i took it to the Meghalaya hills of NE india and no issues at all.

I also own city ivtec v variant.. Service cost is rs. 5500 for 6 months.. Annual is 11000/-

Jo kariya batayi aapne woh almost 2019 variant mein door kardi company but am not sure about disc brakes.
Thanks a lot for such a comprehensive video.... Just 2 things..... 1) how about the ground clearance of car, it's 165mm which means definitely an issue at uneven city speed breakers... And does it mean I can't even slightly off road the car.... 2) how big is an issue of Connectivity as it doesn't have Android auto, aux and have heard the connectivity through mirrorlink isn't great either including infotainment systems

I am looking to buy used skoda laura 2.0 TDI CR AT 2011-2012 kms with around 50-70k run which are available under 3 lacs. I have searched on youtube and internet but got no real reviews of pre-owned laura in 2018 or 2019. Most people say laura demands high maintenance but skoda’s website suggests its around 10-12000 for regular service and now parts are repaired not replaced which also lowers ownership costs. What are your suggestions regarding buying such car as prices are very low for the safety it provides and off-course engine is powerful. Is there any difference between 2010 DSG and 2011 DSG? If yes then what are the parts that must be checked before buying. Thanks in advance.
Is this long term review? I expected service cost , replacement of parts, rattles in the cabin etc. but disappointed as this is just another review.
Don't know about service cost but rattles in cabin will be rare for this car
@@khutarkar speculating or telling it by experience.. I own a previous generation City.. so I am aware of its problems and expensive service costs

Rattles will be there in long term as suspension is bit stiff, which transfers shock to the cabin
Also the shock absorbers are too thin

Very Well reviewed Yogi ji. Just one correction . At 5:07 , you said projector head lamps. But its simple LED Headlamps. No variant of Honda city comes with LED Projectors.

4 months go gayi meri honda city ko maintenance amount was ₹0 because of free service. Ab age ka dhekte hai
Bhai 3 yrs warranty Mai toh every 6 month karamu pardti hai service... Baad Mai service centre wale khud 1yr/10,000km pe karne ki bolega... So 1st 3 yrs 10-12k per year... Uske Baad 6-7k....
City aur Yaris dono hai mere ghar... Yaris mileage and cheaper to maintain 5-6k per year with only 1 service required per year....
Actual City mileage : 10-11 city/16-17km highway with AC
Yaris: 12-13city/18-19 highway with AC

Wireless 10w charger
Usb Type c port
4 disc brakes
Sun blinds option
Rear Usb Type c ports should be present
Almost all these features available in 2019 variant.
Thing thing is that honda cares about comfort and space not on these features coz real driver focuses on driving not apple car play but i have also a city i don't like the infotainment system btw car is always good than verna in petrol

Why you all reviewers don't mention about top speed ?? It is most important but you amazingly miss it, don't know why...!!
Because reaching top speed is quite difficult in india. Even if road is good cant trust people crossing 8 lane highways😂. And bro its not a joke it really happens.
I thought of taking my city to top speed on mumbai poona express way but i couldn't take it above 120 because of traffic. The moment car teach 120 there was a car ahead and had to loose all the speed.

Aman Chauhan go fr it(the diesel).I personally moved frm City pet(2012-2017) to the verna diesel.U will get the same performance with better mileage, more solid feeling, far more stable than city, & better steering feedback at any speed.
Space,looks & class- CITY is way ahead(atleast i feel), but practicality wise(mileage/driving satisfaction) Verna diesel is a better proposition

I didn't hear anything about the ride quality and cabin noise. The 4th gen city is poor on both parameters. Also, the rear seats get headrests only in the top model. Honda ki bastein Honda hi jaane...

What about the ground clearance? I am the owner of the Honda City IDTEC 2015 purchase a generation just before the current, but I am not at all happy with the ground clearance and also the engine cover which is below made up plastic which falls everytime after you drive on a bad road
