4 Simple Ways to Take Someone Down from the Rear Body Lock in BJJ & Wrestling

  • The Rear Body Lock can be one of the most annoying positions in all of grappling and even MMA.
    It's exhausting and there are so many dangers for the guy who is on top, aka the one with the body lock.
    In this video I'll give you 4 different mat returns that I like to use to get my partner back to the ground once I've achieved the "rear body lock" position in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, or any other form of Grappling.
    These are not exactly "Takedowns" but rather follow ups to takedowns, and or follow ups to our opponents attempt to stand up and escape.
