Yes it's better to go with AZ900 as a fresher and later start with further course based on your area of interest.

DOs : Mantra to clear AZ-104 - Go through all questions of Exam Topics. Cleared it with 860.
Don’t: Don’t read ms learn it won’t help much. Udemy & YT videos will unnecessarily kill your time.
Also exam is damn easy if you go through all questions.
