I studied for over 2 months using Anki flashcards and the MS learn portal and I did some practice test on Whiz lab and I still failed! I think the AZ104 was and is the hardest exam I have ever taken in my life so far. I ran out of time and I missed the entire chunk of the scenario based question as it came up at the end after my review section when I had a minute left. I am sure I will do better. The AZ-104 exam is going to be updated on July 28th. Since there are too many major changes coming up, I decided to take the exam before it gets updated. And I passed with a score of 946. The practice test course by CrackCerts (link in the description) did wonders for me. Almost all questions on my exam were from those tests. Each answer has a detailed explanation that helped me understand why an answer is correct and why other options were incorrect. Also, it is much cheaper and a lot better than all other alternatives.

Aced my exam in the second attempt. Thanks to CrackCerts’s practice exams. I tried different resources to prepare for the exam for my first attempt but couldn't pass. Whizlabs tests are okay. The questions are easy compared to the actual exam and the reasoning they provide for the answers are not very detailed. Measure Up tests are way too hard and also pretty expensive. Somehow crackcerts tests are spot on. They align well with the actual exam and are priced better than the rest. Thanks a lot Travis for these resources 🙂

Hello - maybe I have missed some info or misunderstood something. So I am just wondering if there is maybe a need to pay for some of the labs in the azure cloud so you are able to practice everything that is needed for hands-on or is it enough the free account that you get for 1 year and that learning material on Microsoft learn? Ty FYI...
You will have to pay for everything separetely.

I have found that the Whizlabs practice tests are much easier than other sources. I typically scored in the 90's at Whizlabs. On a MeasureUp practice test I would be 65-75 percent on the same cert. I ended up scoring roughly 86 percent on the MSFT exam. I do like Whizlabs, but it should never be the only source for practice exams.
Tutorial Dojo is good.
I would advise to buy your exam with discounted MeasureUp. I feel like they make the practice exams just a bit more difficult than what you get for real and that definitely helps. Explanations are also really good.😁

Trying to figure out a way to study for the exam that will workf for my brain. Failed (660) my first attempt in dec after doing an az-104 QA run course, I struggle badly with the rubbish word play they put on everything and dont get me started on the limited colour these for the exam ui. So wish they would make it a more practical exam similar to the CKA exam that I passed with ease.

I was totally lost when the words "your exam will end click yes to continue". I spent 20 min trying to figure this out, At that point I was speeding to finish the exam. (yes I failed) Now i'm aware of what to expect. with those damn case study.

I only have the AWS Solutions Architect Associate. I have heard the SysOps Associate is the hardest of the associate level certs.
Really though exam, even being multiple choice, you have to think a lot, so be prepared.

I'm taking azure exams during work hours so generally I have taken every exam in the afternoon. Might see if I can switch work demands around so I can sit the AZ104 in the morning.
This will be my second associate exam. I completed the Power BI associate cert and that was a very difficult exam.

I went on the udemy's resource page today and it says "sorry, course is no longer available". This is extremely disappointing. Has this ever happened before ? Do you think there's of chance of it coming back? I'm more interested in getting them back than a refund.

I've done the first 3 past papers from crackcerts and I'm consistently getting above 90%. How many of the 11 past papers would you recommend taking?

It depends on the difficulty of the questions, if you get a hard exam you can pass it even answering well just half of the questions.

I just passed the exam. I would highly recommend cracked certs. Didn't see anything from Udemy. Whizlabs isn't bad, but they have some of the questions with wrong answers.

Yeah they pulled it a while back it seems. Not sure why but my guess was that it was so close to what’s actually on the test. I’ll try to find a good replacement though any other set of practice tests will do if studied enough.
