in Canada Peak Design clip with plate is C$113 (includes tax + shipping) and Ulanzi F38 clip with plate is C$82 (includes tax + shipping). Thats C$31 difference!
did the Peak Design clip feel leaner, though? Also, I heard the plate Falcam plate has unscrewed and fallen off.
Hi, you mentioned that it is compatible with the Pgytech base plate. Have you tried using the Pgytech base plate on the Falcam backpack clip? Thank you.
Unfortunately I don’t have the PGY plate to test it, but it is in the compatibility list on the website. Thank you for your support
I can confirm that the Pgytech base plate works with the Falcam backpack clip v2, but not the other way around. The F38 plate just slides right out of the Pgytech clip.
does the peak design plate fit into f38 capture clip?
Yes it does!
Can you use this on a sling bag? Sling bags have only one strap and the strap is positioned diagonally.
Depends on the thickness of the strap. It fits in my sling. However being diagonally means you have to mount it on an angle so your camera can go straight.
@@AlfaMedtech how to mount the clip on an angle? Can you make a video using a sling bag with diagonal strap? This would also help people decide whether to purchase the clip when they only have sling bags. Thank you for replying.
@@louinekay depending on the thickness and size of the strap. Smaller straps like the one ones use on sling bags allows you to mount the clip facing down for diagonal straps. This makes sure your camera it’s in a more comfortable position. I’ll try make a short on it. Stay in touch for the moment I make it
In what circumstances would you put a lot of weight on this ? Maybe it’s meant to support that much weight if you are running with a heavy camera?

In my case I wouldn’t put much weight, but it’s a relieve knowing it is super strong to have my expensive camera safe 😅
Can this be used with belt? Have been using the PD V3 on my belt for events.
Yes it can, I would recommend to use the pro pad from PD as well since it feels much better with heavier lenses.
@@AlfaMedtech Oh hmm the pro pad is smth I've never purchase yet haha. I'm still not sure if I would get all these tho as my PD suits me so far but of course its a hassle to change the bottom bracket if I need to use my RS3 gimbal.

@@AlfaMedtech HMMM idk yet but the V2 F38 does seem intriguing enough... Its now in my cart but holding off till I've purchase other essential gear like the DJI MIC first...haha
@@AKSKMYDJI will release the version 2 probably around April. Would suggest to wait.

Of course it is! It has such a slim edge-free profile on your strap, it's so awesome to wear! No more pain after hours of mountaineering and hiking. I do all my adventures just with this clip! And it's one handed operation once you got use to it. Love my F38 v2!
