Ok, that means the texture is edited for multiplayer as in offline 2 player. Some textures would lag for some reason idk, but I wouldn't worry about that because you probably want to use textures for online. So really that means it's just the file for the offline multiplayer version of the texture. It's the same as "Castle_course.szs" So don't worry about that, if you see the regular szs file like "castle_course.szs" You're good to go. :P

Use both. Just keep everything that you see that comes with the pack.
