Well if you remain with the SAFe 'Roles' as a career path theres the Solution Manager who provides the vision and direction for multiple Agile Release Trains.

I'm interested in product management and I wonder who are the stakeholders of the product management?

Hi Milena, there are a bunch of stakeholders here, firstly you have the Product Manager with the Product Owners who are driving the WHAT. Then we have the Product Manager who will need to align with the Business Owner to understand Business Value and also the System Architect and others on the team when it comes to prioritisation of the Program Backlog. And of course we have customer interaction here as well, where the PM will need to understand the needs of the customer and the market. So quite a few interactions going on in this space! Hope this helps and thanks for the question.

Hi Abin, Sanjaya is right the Product Management (or Solution Management) function would be splitting the Epics, but they would be splitting these into Capabilities (if you have multiple Agile Release Trains) or Features for a single ART. Also please note that you wouldn't be splitting Epics, but Features during PI Planning, and for new ARTs I recommend doing some prep work in advance. For mature ARTs they should be fine splitting out into story placeholders during PI Planning. Hope this helps, Ahmed.
