    Beautiful!
The general steps I got from it are (with extra info from other sources in parenthesis)
    1. Get your fresh tea leaves
    2. Steam them (or let them wilt in either sun or shade depending on desired tea type) (shorter wilt/steam times for white/green/oolong, longer times for black/red and pu-erh)
    3. Roll the leaves in a way that damages but does not separate them (this process serves to break the plant cell walls to release the tannins for oxidization, resulting in a more even flavor).
    4. Let the leaves oxidize for an amount of time, depending on desired tea type (shorter oxidization times results in white, green or oolong teas, longer times result in black/red and pu-erh teas)
    5. Cook/bake the tea (fixes the level of oxidation, though the process is not completely halted, which is why tea goes stale after a few months/years)
    6. Store your tea (and label it!)
    7. Make some tea to taste the fruit of your efforts! :-)

Merhaba, video için teşekkürler. Acaba siyah çay yapımı için de bir videosunuz var mı ya da video yapıp yükleyecek misiniz? Cevap verirseniz sevinirim.

It looks more like Oolong tea rather than green tea.
