Excellent restoration job.I do own samurai bike.I use to travel from Goa to Mysore ,(700 kms.with mileage of 75kms).Now the mileage is dropped to 30kms.I would like to restore my bike too. 👍👍👍

It was my first vehicle purchased on April,1998. Today's boys can't imagine the acceleration rate of that 2 stroke bike which had only a 98.2cc engine. Several times I've crossed 100 kmph with very little effort. Still now while I drive my car in city traffic I miss it.

Hi, beautiful work with restoration! I just did a rebore of my samurai. It's done 1.3 lakhs and no other modification was done. It feels very good and like stock. Is it possible to increase the bikes power by any chance?
It has awesome pickup but doesn't cross 70. Even in empty stretch.

Sadly the cylinder has been previously replaced by any mechanic it seems, because stock Samurai/MAX/AX100R have only 1 pop on the top of the liner, this has two, ie, one on either sides
AX100 cylinder had no pops and no marks in the left side between the third and fourth fin
AX100R/MAX/Samurai have one pop on the sleeve and an R mark between the fins
Supra has two pops on the same side and S mark between the fins
Supra power up has 3 pops on the sleeve top and S mark at the fin side
Supra and Supra power up had open inlets whole AX100 and AX100R have a slit in the inlet.
Any S mark bore with only one pop, or an R mark bore with two pops, or a no mark or R mark bore with no slit in the inlet port was an aftermarket cylinder of the 90s, but they too were of OEM quality.

It costed me arround 47k including painting, plating, engine work and all spares
Almost all parts we re changed except carburettor, chassis, exhaust, fr mudguard, petrol tank & engine casings
