People should try the 2019 MUGEN remake: Tough Guy Fighting Titans. It has all the characters unlocked and with a reworked system. And its free. Sheana backstory is insane.
I remember seeing another Panda DOS fighting game.... It was not nearly as refined as this one. It's actually kinda cool to know that this studio got enough recognition (albeit mostly local) to develop their craft. I mean, this game is still wonky as hell, but the sprite work is pretty impressive... Pretty on par for more popular fighting games that came out in 1995.
