Jackie Chan is probably the nicest fighting game final boss there is. He actively encourages you to beat him, even on the continue screen, and praises you when you do... he does still laugh at you a bit when you lose to him though.

I was such an absolute 2D fighting game junkie back in these days (and not to mention a big Jackie Chan fan), I'm shocked I'd never even heard of this game until today! But I guess in the good old days before everything was at your fingertips with the internet, these kind of things can happen.
Funny that even Jackie got in on the Mortal Kombat clone craze that was sweeping the fighting game landscape back then. Damn near everything that wasn't made by Capcom or SNK was a forgettable digitized MK clone haha

This game literally has no ending after the last match with Jackie Chan... just straight to the cast and credits...

I sort of wish they'd had more of Jackie's contemporaries in this one instead of multiple Jackies. Sammo Hung, Yiung Biao, Michiko Nishwaki, Moon Lee, Yukari Oshima etc. Mind you, when you've paid for Jackie Chan in your game you probably don't have much budget left.
