Great idea Tim, looks like a fantastic recipe. Reminds me of the hangi packets that the Maori's would use, but they throw everything in veggies - anything from cabbage, pumpkin, sweet potato, carrots, onions, spuds, plus meat of ones choice and some stuffing.

Too much cheese, mate. You’re going to give yourself a heart attack. We just bake them in foil in the coals a la natural and then eat them hot with some salad. Boring, but still tasty on a frosty night, especially if you can get the skin crispy, but not quite burnt. Sweet potatoes in foil are maybe even better. They go mushy and sweet inside. Very filling.

Too much cheese, mate. You’re going to give yourself a heart attack.
We just bake them in foil in the coals a la natural and then eat them hot with some salad. Boring, but still tasty on a frosty night, especially if you can get the skin crispy, but not quite burnt. Sweet potatoes in foil are maybe even better. They go mushy and sweet inside. Very filling.
Yeah I do like cheese.
I eat stacks of it.
Plain spuds would be ok, but I’d need a bit of extra flavouring.
