- The Milwaukee West District Line is an ex-Milwaukee Road Line, and that heritage shows with the station and surrounding areas. I came here to film the rush and got caught up in some major rain action as well, so watch as I try and stay dry and catch all the action that I possibly can.

Awesome video of the trains, in the rain! I really like the crossing, that you filmed the first train, at. I LOVE the bell.
@26CSX Canadian Pacific
@mgobermcedu its to keep idiots from crossing the tracks in front of any trains that may be in or may be approaching the station. As for the names of the towns on the sides of the locomotives, I'm not sure why that was done, maybe to signify that this is a chicago commuter railroad
@sethamtrak Quite a few of them just lay on the horn constantly through the station, with 3 crossings within 500 feet, its pretty hard to do 3 crossing sequences, lol
That train was recorded during the thunderstorm
it was during the thunderstorm
Great!
@cousindrama997 good and yourself? thanks for viewing my video :D
it's really hard for express to give the horn because of the crossing sequence.
That was filmed during thunderstorm
That was filmed during thunderstorm 🌩️
@larry84988 They named the locomotives for various towns and government officials.
Nice package, Larry... Metra trains are almost as cool as Tri-Rail trains here in South Florida. I heard a guy tell you to stay off the yellow line which is where you appeared to be. Didn't you tell me that your camera lends the illusion that you're closer to the tracks than you actually are? So much for that theory, huh? ;-) It's all good... If you like playing chicken with trains, that's your business.
