Thats how an emission should look, sound, and feel. Animals freaking out and fleeing for cover should be an ominous precursor, followed by heavy, deep charging sound in the distance. Skies darken at the same time. Then silence. Moments later a brilliant white/blue flash. Followed by what can best be described as having your head ran over by a freight train for 5 minutes. The player should shit their pants every time.
There is a pill, Anabiotics if I remember correctly that saved me once in Darkscape. After doming a controller, I was busy carving it up when a blowout happened. Luckily, I always carry a zombie pill for when it happens. So, just as it started I took the pill and was knocked out. I actually survived the emission and came out of it starving. But just as I was eating, some dogs attacked. So I had to finish up, then shoot the dogs. Anyway, harrowing experience but it stuck with me.
@ alright so not to be a dick head. But yeah, I know it’s gamma man, it says it in the title. What I was asking is what was the specific mod he used to achieve such cool looking emissions. Found out all most immediately after posting this it was atmospherics for anomaly. Idk if gamma comes pre installed with atmospherics now, but it didn’t last I played. Either way I like to know names of specific mods so I can make custom builds. So I really hope your answer was just an honest easy answer just trying help a fellow stalker, but it came off a tad “tehe got eem” all love tho.
@@noobko1752 thanks for taking the time to answer to the best of your ability. But that mod that “GAMMA” uses to achieve that look for emissions is called Atmospherics.

It's always amazing to watch, legit looks like an apocalypse each time.
That's exactly what i want for Stalker 2
wish the one in stalker 2 was as scary as this one
Everything is nice and dandy on the open field, until emission starts. Nowhere to run or hide, just your unlucky ass and
wrath of the zone.

1000x times better than in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2
Both look good to me. But it's different of course 👌
is this a modified version of stalker GAMMA? or is this base stalker gamma?

And if anyone sees this and is wondering what I was, it’s called atmospherics, I’d post a link but TH-cam doesn’t like me like that.
@@lmBubby It's basic Gamma
