This is a brief conversation with John Rollinson meeting change and healing through understanding. Working from the essential question What is True Healing John desribes
that all transformation in our lives is a form of healing. When there is less of what is not us, and what is us becomes more apparent, we are healing. Every illness and injury, even every conflict and stressful episode is for that purpose. Part of true healing is meeting destiny and seeing it for what it is, even if it sucks. In the end, we aren't going to care how comfortable we were, but about how much love we could bring into the world, about how many souls we could help to wake up.
