Vladimir is my new hero. You can tell he has a real heart for humanity. Very humble with his position in life. Most likely gives back tons to the community.
@@musaire That might be true. But I dont really see any likelihood Hellmuth’s typical tilting and cursing would have any effect on the lovely and calm Santa
This guy finishing second in this event (and binking almost 8 million in 4 days) is just as ridiculous as Jamie Gold winning the main event or Joe Hachem vs Steve Dennenman to be headsup in such large fields at the WSOP. Lol.
Korzinin flashes a card to Antonius on the final hand. Korzinin knew what he was doing, he enjoys playing king maker. Money, to him, means nothing. He comes off as enjoying the moment more than money ❤
Saw a comment on another video. It was this person who apparently knew him, and according to that person, he is actually quite rich, and has been playing poker at all sorts of stakes, both from smaller stakes to nosebleed cash games, but just not anything tracked.
Patrick's semi-bluff with Qd9c is correct in theory but WRONG in this configuration! Your opponent just called you on the river with ace high as a birthday gift, and has repeatedly checked to you "with love and respect" in situations where he could easily bet. TAKE THE FREE CARD PATTY
dude this guy is fawking awesome. i guarantee this guy has more money than you think. He is probably some crazy inventor of something, or an artist Maybe its Binkse
These guys all play a slightly modified version of the same strategy. Same ranges, same mindset. If you come in and bring an unusual style which truly did seem as if he didn't care if he won, mix that with some good luck and you hit huge before anyone can adapt. If you know the play almost every player will play in almost every position you can have a massive initial impact. Don't play long enough to let the odds beat you down and eventually beat you.
I wonder if Santa/Gandalf has an acute ability to read people like those mentalists (Darren brown). Perhaps something in the way Antonius said December . Never chat with this guy in a hand!
He definitely picked something up there. Gambledore was being honest with his demeanor overall-I think he genuinely just wanted to enjoy the experience and wasn't sweating the result-but he also actively made plays and tried to beat his opponents, even if he admittedly "didn't know what he was doing" all the time. He thought he might be good with ace high, fished for a read, and got one. BOSS
ive played players like this lol, they dont really know what they are doing they just like to bluff certain players they percieve as good and sometimes it works
I clicked on this video, because I thought I recognized him. I'm still not 100% if it's him, but I think I played against this guy in a cash game at Holland Casino in Amsterdam. He wasn't afraid to go all in pre-flop with pocket sixes, if I remember correctly. Pretty funny guy.
nah,, he's actual field is stock markets where is playing with sums that are still bigger by factors and the guy has patents relating to financial trading. Also he worked for NASA, but indeed, as he says himself, he doesn't know how to play poker at all
I saw most of his run and he got really lucky in a lot of important spots. If you knew a little bit of poker theory you will understand that his style of play would get exploited very easily in the long run (he was new to the field and it is hard to adjust to an unpredictable player in a small sample) and he would get crushed even in smaller buy-ins. Get lucky in small fields is more than possible.
His secret is that legendary beard and probably microdosing (or megadosing) cubensis if you ask me. They have been known to be great for focus. He is Santa after all and Christmas is all about little gifts under the tree.
Pokers Best? Quiet a statement. Typical American tho 😅 you have like 5-10 Individuals who is in the poker scene and suddenly they are the “Best” lmao give me a break! When US citizens finally finds out that there exists a much more beautiful world outside their borders. Then they will realize that their poker players have so much more to learn. Some of the most prominent figures from US will be eaten up as a breakfast snack here !

Great Points
I’ve never seen Patrick smile so much.
Me too 😂
I can't stop rewatching this, it's just too god damn entertaining. I think this is my 4th rewatch. I'm dying.
Next one might be even better
It would be hilarious to see Gambledore Vs Hellmuth. The poker brat would be so tilted by the soul reading
🤣😂🤣🤣
@@musaire That might be true. But I dont really see any likelihood Hellmuth’s typical tilting and cursing would have any effect on the lovely and calm Santa
This is Gambledores world, we just live in it.
Thank lord he had couple Finns with him at the final tables. "69 attack I forget" and "That was a nice spell" such legendary quotes :D
I bet you Vladimir has some crazy and hardship stories in his life to tell, that's why he is so positive now !
I really want to know more about him! What a character

Lol.
I honestly hope he stops playing. i don't want to see him lose it all.
@diiselix recs that play these high rollers will never “lose it all” haha
Anyone can win, it’s what makes the game great!
Dannenman played really well on his run. Just because you're Average Joe doesn't mean you can't Average Win
My girl: seriously, you're finished already?
Me: and now the magic happens
Two minutes in heaven is better than one minute in heaven.
😂😂
This is what happens when you have the purest aura in the field by a factor of roughly 1000
Truly good for poker. We need more personalities like him. Well done to him🙂
he is already the most entertaining man in poker
"I don't know how to play poker at all" 🤣17:11
It was Patrick’s fault. He shouldn’t have been born in December.
That depends on where Saturn and Pluto are with their solar orbits.
😂
Patrick has been a powerhouse in tournaments and cash games for decades. Has to be in top 5 all time greatest players
I need to start watching more triton. Wild guy 😂
final table for the 500k bahamas starts at 1pm local time today
"he should have bluffed his birthday" 🤣 11:41

Excellent content
This dude got Patrick to break is stone look
It's like trying to stay mad while your dog is licking your face
Gabledors art gefällt mir,er macht poker wieder lockerer. Er holt poker wieder ein bisschen aus dieser "wissenschaftsecke" und macht es erlebbarer
So, he played his first tracked tourney of 5k buyin, min hit it and jumped straight to the highest stakes available. Some mistery going here
He’s an old man. I doubt he cares about bankroll management limits. Dude out here having fun
Lots of secret multi-millionaires
maybe even the poker world is becoming WWE. Why the fuck this guy got little helpers with him. Everything is fake these days.

@@Goggarin1991 He didn't make that final table by accident. He knows what he is doing.
santa gambledore is an amazing personality and a most friendly casual magical powerhouse.
Apparently Gambledore has such a big bank balance he didn't even realise it when his Triton winnings hit his account.
I feel sorry for anyone who hasn't experienced Gambledore on youtube yet, we are the blessed ones
How can you not love this guy? Gambledore puts poker Pros at horrible spots, their Solver minds cannot understand it 😂😂

Who tf let this guy in what is in Patrick's mind how can he hold a straight face😭😭😭🤣
What a lovely man
I’m starting to think he can see Patrick’s cards in his glasses
1st tournament I played 3rd by and craps 1st time playing win this guy took the gambling gods on at perfect time placement. Bravo gambedor👏👏👏👏
He said to Patrick "win or lose I still love you"
Then "now the magic happens" and the chop
So no win and no lose - so he really doesn't love him
"Gambledore" xD i love it
the life reads are real with this guy

Nitstad?

SB limps T8, Gambledore folds his option with T6. Tell me this guy didn't have the entire collective force of the Cosmos behind him.
And just nonchalantly says "it doesn't matter"
What a boss
Gambledore is Satoshi Nakamoto
I will say if he plays more than three times a year at these stakes he’ll be bankrupt in two years
