It's a cool way to play melodica. Japanese people are so deep into melodica. Why wouldn't we adopt japanese method of playing the melodica?
It's one of those "duh" moments like why doesn't everyone play it like that? lol
It's challenging and requires incredible breath control to play with both hands. The more notes you play, the harder you need to blow. This performance is even more amazing once you know that.

The best version of Libertango i've ever heard on Melodica. Great arrangement, even if there's a little bit a lack of harmony on left hand at the beginning of the theme, but it sounds good. Great right hand.

As a was a child I've asked my mother to learn and play the melodica, and she said: The melodica isn't an instrument at all! (Best joke ever, when you concern this video 😂😂😂)... And so I had to learn the flute, and I hated it. Today the accordion is my main instrument.
