This would be John Morris' final adventure before his death as explained in Portrait of Ruin. This song represents the final push of our hero, claiming the victory just before giving his last breath.

People say Super Castlevania IV was a great game. And to be honest, they're not wrong, but when it comes to pushing a system to its limits, SCIV came nowhere close. Bloodlines, however, it did more than that. It not only pushed the Sega to damn near close its audio limits, but it bled epic win.
+somacruzfirm omg, that ruined everything, how dare they add generic art-style and comedy?! (sarcasm) I don't like the art styl, ebecause I LOVE Kojima's art but well, I am all in for story and stuff.

With D.o.S. being the last in the timeline chronologically, It's almost poetic how well this song goes with that final area.
@RocMegamanX Actually, yes it does. Not only that, but you can swing on anything at all. It doesn't have 8 way whipping, but that was deliberate, judging by the fact that both characters control differently.
I only know of one game that had a rotating room on the SNES other than Super Castlevania IV, and that was R-Type 3's first level. Both had great soundtracks and great gameplay (Bloodlines and IV), so it's more or less which one you like more.
@liamthelion182 Mobility: Super Castlevania IV (Simon belmont can whip everywhere, that's awesome) Level Design: I think it's a tie.SCV IV got very cool effects, but overall Bloodlines has a good design.
