Are Scavs too tanky? | Dune Spice Wars

This is a video fragment of a multiplayer game.
In this game Smuggler player destroyed Harkonnen main base early, defeated the entire Corrino military right under his main base, then came to me and brought my Main Base HP down to below 50% HP.
This video fragment shows the second time he comes to me to finish the job. I try to take the fight at favorable terms for me - within the firing range of Main Base and one village Missile Battery. Smuggler player also misclicks and triggers the Heavy Militia. I am also assisted by some Corrino air units.
I try to micro my units to the best of my ability to focus fire on one Scav at the time, while also trying to avoid losses in order to deny them healing from unit deaths.
I have fully built main base (you can see last building getting finished), Military Factory and one Ceremonial Cave. I also have a Military Base the village north of the Main Base, so it affects the Main Base region. I'm lacking only +10% power sietch building.

They did. Scavs don't heal on deaths anymore.
