Will done, i enjoyed watching this video it's a great Motivation so that we carry on in life no matter what happens, and that's really amazing thanks dear.❤
Love the use of post-it notes, solid B-roll I can see the difference with the new camera. I had a comment written about 6:58 having only a 2. I was so happy to find a slight mistake, then 7:17 made me audibly say "dammit".
Another banger = ) while I agree with most of the points I think there is something important missing between “nobody is coming to save you” and the opposite of like “someone will save you.” While I mostly agree I think a close cousins of that is asking for help. I think people helping you is important and is helpful to handle stress, anxiety, etc… Asking for help and seeking it is, at least in my opinion, incredibly beneficial! = ) I understand the video is more about harsh lessons but I think it’s important difference, also it could be in itself a harsh lesson…but anyway I digress! My favorite tip: Be weird! I strive for it, thanks for the advice, even that advice I won’t follow haha!
Oh yes 100%, that's an excellent lesson! To clarify, what I meant by "nobody is coming to save you" is that you can't rely on change to just happen to you--instead, you need to actively make a change. I definitely count asking for help as taking action towards change, and agree it is very important, especially when dealing with mental health. Thanks for watching, always appreciate your comments. =)

Hi! University is a big adjustment period, but it helps to embrace the change and lean into trying new things. Also, take advantage of the people and resources during that time. =)
