Looks great so far man 🔥 Keep it up !
Thanks!
You do pretty good woodwork. I like the rear of your Jeep. One criticism you move your camera way too much I was getting sick
You could drill a few holes in your wood to decrease the weight of the wood. Just random hoes
Appreciate your criticism, will try and move less.
great idea, thanks gave me a few good ideas for my jku
Glad to assist!
Liked and subscribed! Great job my man!
I like yours the best! What year jeep? Do you have these plans?
Hey Tyler, I have a 2013 Jeep Wrangler. Check out @CheaperJeeperTV , I borrowed the plans from him. I believe Dino has a website that you can download the plans.
Liked and new sub! Do you have the dimensions you modified? I too have a JKU!
Hi there, thanks for the sub.
I do best. I'll start from the front seats and work to the trunk.
Support Panel 1 (closest to the driver/pass seat) 48'x 14'1/2. 5 notches cut for the 5 front support beams at 1'3/4.
Support Panel 2 (middle panel) 43' x 7'1/4. 5 notches cut for the front support beams at 2'1/2. On the
opposite side, you'll need to cut addition 3 notches for the Support beams 2 at 3'. You'll need to eyeball there
distance of the notches.
Support beams 1 from panel 1 - 2, 5x 35'x 2'1/2 with one end cut 1'3/4 to match the angle of the seat.
Support beams 2 from pane1 2 (middle panel) to back of trunk 3x 32'x 7'1/4,
Trunk bed platform 33'x 37' 1/2, depends on which JKU you have, mine has subwoofer on the passenger side. I used
the existing bolts in the trunk to secure the platform.
40/60 seat platform
Platform 1 (40seat) 18'1/2 x 35'1/4
Platform 2 (60seat) 33'1/4 x 35'1/4
Platform 3 depends on where you plan on arranging the support beams 2. You can base it off the trunk bed dimensions.
I used 1 sheet of 3/8's plywood, plus a bunch of scraps I had around.
Hope this helps.
@@W1LDCH1LD1 oh wow thank you so much! that helps a ton! I'll try to map it all out and between your vids and @cheaperjeepertv I'll have it figured in no time! thanks again!!!
@@MandyMakesThat do you happen to still have your plot plan to make the cuts to the main sheet of plywood?
