Why aren't the 22 yo people around me like this? He's so wise beyond his years, hardworking and kindhearted it hurts.
Most 22 year olds aren't exposed to the world the way he has been since he was 15. He has been to so many places, met so many people, done so many things, been through so much....his mind's much more seasoned and matured than the average 22 year old.
Of course, in some ways it's the other way around- he may be slightly more naive than teh average persons because of the way he's a bit shielded from a lot of the harsh realities of the world, which usually most celebrities are. It's remarkable, however, that he's managed to remain humble and not let his success get to his head

He's only 22 and have one of the healthiest and humblest lifestyle. That's pretty rare in this business and especially when you're at the peek of your carrier and could so easily fall into addictions and be a conceited jerk. Then what's your point with "New age crap"? He's really into meditation which has been scientifically proven to be a wonderful tool to manage stress and anxiety and help your overall well-being. You should try.

can we please talk about how camila and shawn are meant for each other. it’s so clear that he’s been in love with her since a teenager, it’s so obvious in all of his music. but now that he has her he’s complete. it’s the most beautiful love story i love them so much :,)

Everyone is talking about how Shawn talks throughout the interview about Camilla. But what stood out to me was how beautifully he describes and talks about his sister.
i have come to realise (after binge watching every single one of shawn's interviews) that we can see how much his personality has changed into a more open one with the way he talks: he used to give very short aswers in interviews and sit back to listen but now he doesn't seem to be afraid of saying something wrong and really just takes the time to give his raw toughts
That is how a good relationship makes you grow into your best version.
I love Wonder even more now knowing that the songs are straight from his heart and about Camila. I admire their relationship so much. Just the respect and unconditional love they have for each other. Really special love story, and even more special that it inspired such beautiful songs from both of them.

The fact he waited 2 years to tell Camila how he felt is ridiculous. Around November 2015 he knew he had feelings for her but kept denying his feelings and then he writes silly songs about her and he thought she’d know those songs were about her. Then two years later, Two fricking years he had to confess his feelings to her when she was in a relationship bruh wtf. The only reason why they ended up together was because of senorita. If not for senorita it would have taken him how long? 10 years? Nothing was stopping him from 2015-2018 to be honest from the start; he’s being a coward and not being honest with his feelings. 😒

He's 1 year older than me and it's so inspiring to hear how humble and how genuine he is, especially with his upbringing and him being a human vs a "celebrity." I feel like when you're in your twenty's, it's a weird time of self reflecting and figuring out the ways of life, so it's so inspiring to hear him talk about doing things for yourself. Such a wonderful interview and overall person!!

His growth allows for growth in others and I think his audience really feels his growth and in turn they go ahead and free themselves to also stay true to themselves and stretch further. His honesty does what it is supposed to do: it touches others and creates a comraderie and instills the need to push past our own limits, regardless of our age. And that is a very nice, respectful thing for an artist to share with his audience.
