I have family in Niagara Falls, NY. And yeah-I’ve been saying for decades that a city connected to the Falls should NOT look like this. So much tourist money. Just really unfortunate.

Ten years ago, working in Buffalo, I rented an apt in an old building (since torn down) across from the Seneca Casino, which is less than 2 blocks from the falls. Mr. Davis is telling the truth that Niagara Falls is hit and miss, block to block, which is such a shame because the people are friendly. For me, the magnificent natural attributes were wonderful. The approach to the falls on the US side is amazing, and the hiking opportunities along the river are great.

The parks and trails along the gorge are amazing, and all the neighborhoods along there should do well in the coming years because the Robert Moses Thruway that blocked waterfront access is now gone.

Crime rate Niagara Falls NY is high. I want to move there. Which area are safer? Toronto USD one million dollar house is for one hundred USD in New York. Is this true?
