ETH is too stubborn with favourites to win the Europa league He sees names on the pitch instead of performances, therefore blinded by his favourites he doesn't make the correct subs hell keep his favourite names on the pitch despite if they are playing poorly

ETH's in game management is atrocious, so if his plan A doesn't work well enough, he will most likely make it even worse with his subs and his change of "tactics". The only times his subs have made a difference is by pure luck or some individual brilliance/luck by a player and has nothing to do with him having a smart plan with it. I have been watching United and football in many leagues for well over 40 years and I can't remember a top half manager in a league having such terrible in game management as ETH has. Even most of the fans that are rather clueless about football are able to see how terrible ETH is at in game management, including many United fans that are desperate for ETH to stay. It is for sure not strange that ALL rival fans are totally desperate for us keeping ETH as our manager.
