老师:没有小苏达,用泡打粉行吗?
Have been watching and trying to catch on the recipe so that I can make this Yu Tiao. With limited Chinese literacy and am not sure if I got what Mr Chef mentioned. Truly appreciate some help if I got the translation right before I embark on this recipe. Thanks in advance.
Yu Tiao Recipe
Ingredients :
250g All-purpose flour
6g baking powder
3g baking soda
40g oil
5g sugar
1 egg
salt (didn't catch if he did mention weight)
250ml water (was it cold water that he mentioned?)
There should be 500 g flour, not 250g, and 5 grams of salt, water better be cold, since warm water would activate the baking soda before frying

酥脆剂应该是臭粉(baking soda)也叫苏打粉,小苏打就是泡打粉吧,这些东西有的地方叫法不一样
