My Home Tour Balaji Symphony

Hi,
In this Video i have showcased my 2 BHK rented apartment in Panvel Navi Mumbai Balaji Symphony.
This is a well ventilated and well lit home with affordable rent given the amenities I enjoy living here.
This location provides better connectivity and near from city center and hospitals, market etc.
Also i have discussed things to watch out before taking a home on rent and what precautions to take while maintaining a rental home.

Patil bhau aapka ghar toh mast hai par rent thoda jyada hai agar isse ulwe se compare kare toh. Phir bhi mere ko pasand hai kyuki mere ko peace sukoon mangta apni life aur ghar ke area mai.. Location to theek hai but infrastructure is not that good. Too much traffic and quality of life isn't that great.
