Very helpful review thanks. I just pulled the trigger on a Pulse eBike MY24 Grey and to my delight your voucher still works. Cheers for that!

Hi, thank you for the great video! I'm thinking about buying one of these or a similar commuter e-bike. I have to buy online as there isn't really much available in store here in Tas.
I'm just wondering if this bike would be small enough to fit in the back of a hatchback like a Mazda3? I'm guessing I'd probably need to lower the back seat and take off the front wheel of the bike, which i don't mind as long as I can fit it in.

Thanks mate. It was big enough for me but I’m only about 6 foot. Safest bet would be to go in store and have a quick test on a few different styles

Reid's customer service ia appalling. Not sure if it is because they are focussing on the UK and not Australia, but seriously, I am not sure whether I have ever encountered such poor after sales service. I am now also very wary of the Ananda motor system as after 8 months mine has packed up with an 'error 28'... Hopefully Reid get back to me soon, otherwise not only will I be in touch with Fair trading, I will also do everything I can to warn any others who might fall foul of this lousy service. Not good enough.

Hi thx for the info on service being a joke

@@leesops710 Reid actually dealt with my warranty claim reasonably well. One of the issues was not having quick access to Ananda spares here in Australia, so they took the part off a bike in the warehouse and mailed it to me. 99 Bikes did the repair and were floorless, plus have a store near me. 99 bikes sell the same bike as the Kade called: 'Pedal'. In future 99 Bikes will be my go to. They have a store and are simply fantastic.

Thanks for the heads up. I was sceptical of the Ananda brand. Have never heard of them in years of reading about ebikes. Think I'll go for something established like bafang or shimano.

@@tshepp89 Reid actually pulled their finger out with the 28 error and shipped a part to me. My local bike shop (99 Bikes) here in Australia fitted it and so far so good.
99 Bikes is a chain of stores in Australia and their service is fantastic. They actually sell an identical bike to the Reid Kade, it is called a Pedal. It would appear that (Ananda?) or a Chinese manufacturer makes this bike and I assume, if you order enough wholesale, they will put your brand on it. Perhaps? All the best!
