Great idea with the sonic cleaner, I have one the same size that uses a heap of chemical, I hadn’t thought of putting the parts in a smaller plastic tub and fill the cleaner with just water, ripper idea . Sub number 430 here. Years ago our family farm in South Central Virginia used a 140 to raise about 10 acres of tobacco. We could plow, plant, harvest( pulled wagons) and bush hog the stubble with that single tractor. We also used it to raise grain crops too. The only thing we didn’t do with it was bale hay or pull a combine.
I’m late to the party and hate the TH-cam safety police but be careful using brake cleaner while welding. It can create a nerve gas that causes severe nervous system damage. you can look into it crazy I know I was bad about using it to clean metal before welding until I ran across this info
