- On February 8th some students at Asbury University lingered after chapel to continue worshiping God. And they just kept going! The outpouring went on for 16 days before being moved off campus by the administration. Our production team was there at Asbury during the outpouring and now bring you this behind the scenes view of what the Holy Spirit was doing‚ reported directly by students, staff, university administrators and participants.
The outpouring drew people from all over the US and the entire world, including Brazil, the Philippines and Singapore to name a few. What the Holy Spirit started at Asbury spread to Lee University, Samford University, Baylor University, Cedarville University, Texas A&M, Oklahoma Baptist University, Louisiana State University, Regent University, Indiana Wesleyan and in total over 30 other college campuses. It also spread to other parts of the world including Korea and the Philippines and continued in pockets as we completed the edit on this documentary.

This is what our country/our culture needs! Father in heaven, rain on us. May we willingly open our hearts, as individuals, but also as America, to the amazing, loving, healing, providing Spirit of God.
I am impressed with several things. 1. Prayer preceded this movement and continued. 2. The emphasis on the Holy Spirit being the guiding force. 3. No one taking credit but pointing to Jesus. 4. The realization that the proof that God did and is doing something will be seen in changed lives.
I'm a 76 year old man save since I was 17 this is revival I felt the presence of the Lord as I watch this video thank you Jesus

Excellent documentary to encourage us to stop being so busy -- to spend time with our God and be blessed by His presence. Our God is awesome, yet we tend to become get to comfortable with the knowledge we already have instead of pressing in to find out more about our unlimited God.

My confidence in this generation has been lifted and I have been blessed by those who joined in this revival! Revival still happens as The Holy Spirit moves among we who believe, and He moves in the hearts of those who seek him. This documentary video is so uplifting.

It is important to be good at the Biible as well aa to hear voice of the Holy Spirit and obey them, do them. Young Christians need to attend a godly home church to equip them well. REVIVAL FROM Repentance! It is just the beginning! Fall in love of God and serve Him. Fulfill the Great Commission to make disciples of all nations. Signs and wonders will follow you. I have a lot of miracles in my life. Amazing! We need revival not just in Asbury College but America!

I knew nothing about one of the lastest REVIVAL in modern times except what I have read in Church History Books, Reformation Revival , the Wesleyan Revial, Welsh Revival . Azuza Street Revival etc. etc. until I happened to be in vacation in Kuantan', East Malaysia and attended a morning Pastor's Ecumenical Prayer Meeting at Kuantan's Wesley Church, actually for breakfast rather than prayer. I heard Dr. Hong Leow who dreamed about the coming REVIVAL to Ashbury University, Mil fasted and prayed and was there personally and witness this fulfilment of his own dream. He then testified of his ASBURY REVIVAL experience which caught my attention.
PTL for what He did at Asbury and is continuing to do. God is so awesome and absolutely good! Thank you for this documentary.

I don't entirely know what to think of this event; I know God is sovereign and will use all people and events for his glory. Be thoughtful and discerning as well as charitable and hopeful.

Watched some of this online as it was happening, and I was impressed by the simplicity and humility, and experienced Holy Spirit working in my own heart. Heard naysayers downplaying what was happening, and wondered…about what was happening, but then even more about the state of their own heart. Had friends who attended who confirmed the palpable presence and work of Holy Spirit with deep repentance, heartfelt worship, and also Biblical happenings of emotional, spiritual, and even physical healing.
Come Holy Spirit, revive my heart. Create in me a clean heart willing to give you space to work in and through me, for Your will and Your glory.
Come Holy Spirit, work in my church, that we may revive to going out to bring Your living water to those who are perishing in our community. Come, we beseech You, that we may love the LORD our God with all that we are, so that we can love others as You have loved us.❤️🙏🏻✝️🕊🍇💝

What we need more of is the understanding that if we are born of God’s Spirit, we have everything. We have Jesus’ authority and continually drink of His Holy Spirit and eat of His word, and are joint-heirs risen with Christ at the right hand of Father. All Father has is Jesus’ and He (Holy Spirit) will take from Jesus and show to us. We manifest Jesus’ glory and do His works because Jesus took away our sin, condemnation, sicknesses and curses. Because we have been cleansed to receive His Spirit, we are the sons or offspring of our Heavenly Father and have Jesus’ glory.
With Jesus, Father has freely given us everything,. We walk with God and He walks in us, continually dwelling is us. He doesn’t come and go. We have an anointing as sons of God in Christ’s image. We have an anointing that abides: we have God’s Spirit anointing that has placed us in the position of the sons of God.
Revive us in the spiritual eyes of our understanding to join spiritually to the Lord only, to be faithfully yoked, spiritually married to Him only. Jesus is the only worthy and the only One who makes us worthy to obtain the resurrection.
Holiness and oneness with the Lord, and faithfulness, allowing no other spiritual union, power, glory or image, is what we need. Lord, revive us to Your Holiness. Let us be beholding and seeing, hearing, worshipping and spiritually serving only You Lord❣️

Thanks for sharing this. I had the amazing privilege to spend 33 hours left once for food in cafeteria then back. It's so hard to describe has to be experienced been telling everyone we want this everywhere. Get home then friend calls they want to go. Got some sleep for another day in revival. Jesus marks you for life. The University was so amazing for all who came. It was a glimpse of what heaven will be like worshipping Jesus.
I pray for the fruits of the spirit that will come of this...

How about documenting the hard work many TRUE Christian’s do everyday- not some emotional ‘revival’. Document the people in the trenches doing God’s REAL work.
How about the sex trafficking victim who had the courage to keep on living? Or the pastor day in and day out helping people? Or the girl who was just raped making a decision that life is still worth living because of Christ? Or the starving child being abused at home and bullied at school choosing Jesus everyday.
I seriously cannot stand the Christian culture anymore!

Hi, pastor here who's "day in and day out" as you put it, and I drove nine hours to the revival. It truly was a movement of God. Not the least bit of emotionalism. God moved to share His overwhelming presence with a young generation who needs to experience Him. It continues today - happened at a youth summer camp last week. I pray you can start standing the Christian culture, because Jesus is building His Church from it.

Please don’t overlooks what I said about the broken who need help. Is there a reason you didn’t acknowledge them? Im personally more interested in the issues I mentioned than a one time ‘revival’. We need trivial in our hearts on a daily basis. The Bible speaks of that but nowhere in the Bible does it speak of the type of revival you attended.

I don’t understand your logic here or where there even needs to be a disagreement. Of course we as believers care about sex trafficking, rape, mental health, etc. But how does this revival take away from our care and concern for those issues? Doesn’t this revival remind us that God is still in control and that the Spirit is at work? Shouldn’t that spur us on to good works and helping the broken & the lost? We need *more* revival and works of God to help wake up this country and bring lost souls back to him. That’s what revival is all about! We should be excited & encouraged, not tearing apart an experience that really happened and brought lost hearts back to Christ.

@@kristinsiebold4012 The logic is that it has been shown that these so called revivals do not produce long lasting fruit. Even the Bully Graham Crusades proved that. I prefer to document and champion those doing the hard work day in and day out. Not some emotional one time event.
Revivals aren’t even in the Bible!
Sad that man had to get involved and ruined it but I understand they ran out of space.
I pray that God will use this for His Glory, but based on several of the comments I do not believe this was of God.
There were too many "me" and "I" statements. Revival , true revival comes from God, and glorifies God. It is about Him, not the music, the university, the history of the campus, or anything but God.
I also want some one to tell me where God was that he had to "show up"? Is God not a part of this "christian university" and in the lives of these young christian students normally?

I believe it was false. I did a little digging and learned an interesting fact about Asbury's history. They have always scheduled their "revivals" in February. They probably don't understand that true revivals can't be scheduled. Mankind cannot schedule movements of the Holy Spirit.
When Jesus spoke with Nicodemus in the Gospel of John, He stated that no one knows where the wind blows from here to there and vice versa. So it is with the Holy Spirit. After all, He is a Person. Thus, revivals can't be marked on a planner. I hope this helps! 😊🤗👋

Honestly, Asbury was rather underwhelming for a revival. Not nearly as big as something like Azusa Street or revivals lead by Saint Francis of Assisi.
Better than nothing.

This was a false revival and planned event, one that celebrated lgbt+ groups. So. I it wasn’t of God.
There was no preaching of the word, no leading those to Jesus.
