I recently removed my 7900xtx and put in my old 6900xt and unless I'm running the card with an fps counter I couldn't tell the difference. I would imagine the PS5 pro would probably perform like a rx6800xt or a rx7800, generally speaking if attempting to compare it to an NVidia card they tend to get dominated whenever ray tracing is involved.
Deosn't the PS5 pro also use frame gen in its PSSR upscaling, I know they were planing on some sort of implementation at some point, If it is then you would have to add frame gen when testing the PC GPUs to get a comparable comparison. So Nvidia AI-Upscaler DLLS and additional Framegeneration on the 4000er Nvidia Gen still outperforms Sonys PRO-Solution by a huge margin. Sonys PS5 PRO feels so half baked, especially you look at the price tag. They need to fix the PSSR to make it work or it is simply not worth the money even for enthusiasts. 3070 is better bc of systems and it being fully integrated with more watts. I get what you are saying though. The 4060ti beats it too.
