    About the sound:
I’ve been seeing a lot of comments about the level of the sound on some of the videos being low. At the moment we believe it’s due to them being further away from the camera in some clips.
During the editing process, I always turn the clips up as loud as they will go. The clips are always exported at full volume on my end. I didn’t notice anything different with the sound quality of those clips during editing and when I play the videos on my phone like I usually do, I don’t notice an issue unless of course they’re really far from the camera.
We’ll keep monitoring the comments and situation with the sound and in the meantime we’ll just try to keep them as close to the camera as possible.
When it comes to mics, it’s just hard to make sure they have all the equipment they need charged and ready and the camera equipment is the last thing they attend to during a winch out, first being the customer.
We apologize for any frustration this may have caused but we appreciate you all for bringing this to our attention.

I don't think I've ever really had an issue, but my late brother in law was a tow truck driver and it's not rocket science to know the sound will vary depending. I enjoy all yins videos! Moved her 7 years ago from Fl and we've learned quite a bit from y'all.
      You're a greatly appreciated couple!! Blessings🕉

Thank you I appreciate your reply. I was one of them that had made a comment about the volume being so low. I wasn’t trying to be harsh or anything negative about it or you. I just wanted to bring it to your attention and to see if I was the only one. Never know with me! I actually thinking well comes with age body parts get worn out so I said to myself, well you just lost your hearing add that to my old age list. Thank you again. Appreciated.

Back when I worked the police department, anytime I responded to a person that ran out of gas, not only did I get them a gas can of gas, but then I had them follow me to the pump and I've always filled their tanks on my own money. I always told them I wanted to make sure they made it to their destination. Whenever they asked me how to pay me back, I've always told them to pay it forward to the next person. I always believed a part of 'Protecting & Serving' is doing just that; filling the gas tank for someone that ran out. You never know, that person may not be able to pay for the whole tank of gas, and now I've just helped them get home and potentially to a job later on

Ironically my wife and I were talking about how respectful, and considerant you and your wife are. Giving Amy a tank of gas and money to help their situation is an act of kindness that is a reflection of your good character and compassion. Many times your videos show you waiting for someone to go get the drop fee from an ATM where most towing companies would just tow it to impound and start the storage fees. You also maintain respectful attitude when car owners are quite aggressive and disrespectful to you. The world would be a better place if we all tried to follow your example of human interaction.

Your act of kindness to Amy was heart-warming. I know she will pay it forward when she can. These people who work in Gatlinburg but have to drive so far to get to work is discouraging to say the least. They use half their paycheck just to get back and forth. The businesses they work for should give them vouchers for gas. Even $50.00 would help.

As everyone else has already said, that was a truly wonderful display of compassion and grace from both of you‼️ Really, well done for sure, and we all see that, but I need to point out one extra thing that hasn’t been said. The SPEED with which you did this was in itself incredible. She wasn’t “required” to go into a long sad sob story, there was absolutely NO need to make her feel worse by explaining her situation, it was a few simple words… she needed but said “I don’t have any money” and you had decided what to do before the word “money” was out of her mouth. Wow‼️
So not just WHAT you all did, but HOW you did it is just as much, if not more, of the story. Keep doing and being great, and greatness will keep you locked in its grace as well. Huge respect to you.

Jeff and Kristen, you two are truly great people in my book. I know that we've been helped a few times. My beloved sister has helped me a time or two. I've always tried to repay her, but she always says that she and her husband have been richly blessed and it's just something that we feel the need to do! I had a wonderful employer for 30+ years and I'll always be so grateful for that help all those years. I have worked in some places where I was cussed and disrespected. I made a decision, and I acted on that decision. I'm not a doormat for someone to walk over and I'm not going to be treated like a doormat. In fact, I taught some vocational classes at our local college, and I taught my students that principle! You two personify the goodness that all Americans should do! May God bless you and yours always. I know this video is a year old, but that's okay. I'm old, too! At 78, I'm not running foot races! LOL!

You are so kind to everyone. One of many reasons I love your channel.
FYI OUR FAVORITE GLOVES ARE MAND BY DeWalt.. typical yellow and black color. You can find them with leather palms and a hard skeletal cover over the top of your fingers. They really protect your hands, very comfortable/flexible and I”m sure you will appreciate them as much as we do. ✅ Them out.😊

You are officially a You Tube Influencer! I had to call the water company over being billed this month $980. Im single, no pool, I don’t water the yard etc. I thought of your calming voice and manner before talking to these idiots! 😂😂🤭

Great way to pay it forward. Karma is a real thing. We were in Laughlin NV a few weeks ago and saw a man with a cane walking in 107 heat with a gas can and a sign saying need gas. He looked like he was going to pass out or have heat stroke. We asked if we could help. At the time we has 2 gas cans for jet ski's. We took him back to his car and put gas in his car and gave him some water. He was about to cry. We told him to be safe and take care of his self. More people need to help others when they can.♥️😊
