i just wanted to point at gor the expert level, that shading is very good, and what i mean good is you got the refoection light right, so for example, the two strands of hair in front of the ear, the shadow on the face is right, and the shadow highlights you’ve added are spot on!
wow the edits where you actually draw are really pretty! i recommend practicing proportions of the body, since i noticed that in some of them the arms look kinda weird, hope this helps! i wish i could color eyes like you do tho lol Keep up the good work 💖

thank you for making this, I also started out as the ‘beginner’, and now I’m somewhere near regular editing. But I’ve been really uncomfortable about my digital art/editing, since I’ve never really tried it and I’m on a phone smaller than my hand 😅 but this has given me motivation that over time I will be able to edit good as well :) thank you!
*One thing I want to add on (sorry if this was already mentioned in the vid):* Don't spend a lot of time on one part and make it super detailed, then make the rest simple and low - effort. Try to take equal time on each part and it will come together a lot nicer. (this is just my opinion btw)

I started basing my edits off of the line art style. It does take awhile, but I managed to figure out how to make the beginning process go quicker. I have always self-taught myself the edits and never used tutorials, so they aren’t the best, but compared to my old edits, in proud of them.
7:58 I don't wanna be picky or rude or smth- but it's my opinion. personally, I think that Gacha cant be realistic enough to blend in with the CANDLE, but, instead of taking this comment the wrong way, I can just tip, to make the candle a little more simple to fit with the edit this isn't hate or anything, and it would be disappointing to see people take this comment the wrong way...
Okay it's beautiful,but there's a little problem: The eyes. The eyes are all absolutely gorgeous and take the entire focus on the artwork,and it seems like they got the most effort. So there has to be some sorta balance to make it look like everything got the same amount of effort,not just the eyes taking all the focus and then everyone looking at the eyes,and then when they look at everything else it looks effortlessly made even tho it's also beautiful,the artwork is still absolutely GORGEUS,but i think that'll make it look even better. But that's just my opinion.

I started basing my edits off of the line art style. It does take awhile, but I managed to figure out how to make the beginning process go quicker. I have always self-taught myself the edits and never used tutorials, so they aren’t the best, but compared to my old edits, in proud of them.

personally, I think that Gacha cant be realistic enough to blend in with the CANDLE, but, instead of taking this comment the wrong way, I can just tip, to make the candle a little more simple to fit with the edit

Okay it's beautiful,but there's a little problem:
The eyes. The eyes are all absolutely gorgeous and take the entire focus on the artwork,and it seems like they got the most effort. So there has to be some sorta balance to make it look like everything got the same amount of effort,not just the eyes taking all the focus and then everyone looking at the eyes,and then when they look at everything else it looks effortlessly made even tho it's also beautiful,the artwork is still absolutely GORGEUS,but i think that'll make it look even better. But that's just my opinion.
