I'm 29. Through four years of steady rigorous work outs and now just working out whever I still have it. Just as noticeable as before. I was doing 100 push ups in 4 sets of 25 every day too. Not to discourage anyone but it doesn't always just "go away". I have no insurance anyways and have yet to even get a consultation. In general my income has never been fantastic and paying for a surgery out of pocket is like fighting a lion bare handed.
@@jacobalexander4340 doing push ups every single day isn't good. Muscles need days of rest in order to grow back and build stronger

It’s crazy because this is exactly how tf I feel every day at school I’m a basketball player and sometimes I feel sacred to take off what I have on and I feel like if I didn’t have this problem I would be some what good and I be wearing jackets 24/7 even if it’s hot ass hell just to cover it up it’s sad 😔

Sjaj Lmrbc Not really anything my guy. I’m 6’1 and i was 280 and lost 65 lbs and still have the gyno . It makes me look so much bigger from the side and makes my physique look weird . It’s awful to add that i store a lot of fat in my chest so it’s pretty much insult to injury . I’m looking into surgery and i’m also 17 about to be 18 . I’d look into it asap before you an adult so it’s covered by insurance

maybe some kind of gentle tape... I used to use heavy-duty tape in highschool to make my chest look better in my shirt

Having a body that u do not enjoy brings a lot of depression 💯i used to do pills bc of my body but I realized attempting and losing weight will make you a very happy person even if you're losing 3 pounds each time, its a start💪🏽

Gynecomastia is not excess fat. It is caused by an inbalance of hormones and creates useless chunky tissues underneath the nipples
