That scapulae release in the neck- I’ve had that and I’ve never experienced anything more painful. Unfortunately, chiropractic treatment didn’t work for me (actually made me worse) but seeing it work for some people 👍
There is alot of bad chiropractors out there. My means of finding a good one is if they tell you and show you stretches and work outs to help where you’re hindered so you dont have to go see them once a week.
