Another great video. I also liked to do pushups on my knuckles to toughen them up but you're right that the heavy bag is the best tool to toughen up the knuckles.

@@alexblue6991 yeah man rest up, focus on the habit rather than how much you do. Many less work per day/session but staying more consistent? Or changing what you do like shadow boxing one day and press ups/skip the other etc spread it out over the week?
