My mission is to empower you in turning from Amateur to Pro in your Boxing by coaching you the right concepts, principles, techniques and mindset of a Professional Boxer. If you learn and do things in new, better ways, you will then get better results in your training and performance. This will cause you to think and feel at a more elevated level. Thank you for the advice! I have been using the same technique for a long time! I would like to add a few tips to show how to achieve it. There are 4 goals to achieve. First, get the fear out of the brain, so that a well-placed blow to the liver does not provide more emotions than a handshake for example. Then teach the brain to manage pain (which will always exist, even trained) so that it becomes only information and is no longer paralyzing. Then learn the technique of deep breathing to replace the reflex but disabling jerky breathing, and finally teach the body to provide an effort despite the “injured” liver (to be able to continue activities) This is how I did this several years ago. Start by choosing a trusted partner for training. Start with close sessions (about 1 time per week) where the person to train will have to stand and lean to the left to expose his liver bravely (hence the trusted partner). He will receive weak but repeated blows from the donor who will be bare fists to optimize the impact in the liver. This will allow the recipient to grasp the whole set of sensations related to this organ. These sessions will serve to learn both confidence in his body (understanding from experience that the liver recovers well from this type of treatment) and pain management. By gaining experience, the receiver will be able to ask for more and more powerful strokes over time to increase competence by going in the sessions until putting a knee on the ground (at least once each time). Then or in parallel, the receiver will be able to start training with very calming deep breaths while continuing to increase in intensity until reaching the possibility of taking a perfect shot to the liver while maintaining the “poker face”. At this stage, one can then start training to do intensive exercises (cardio and/or endurance) after the perfect shot to teach the body to make efforts despite the pain, and then one reaches the grail! No more losing a fight for a simple "missile" that has passed through the liver!! For me, the liver shots are the best to give AND to receive! Thanks for sharing!!

How do you structure your day mate or plan your week? I take things a day at a time don't know if this is allways best Allways money your wallet i prefer cash but everything seems to be cashless and going so more these days
@@dee-ix3iq yeah I write the key things I MUST do the following the day night before. Then I do them the next day. Some days I don’t get them all done if don’t have the energy as I set high targets, or if something comes up etc. but then I just carry the ones I didn’t complete forward to the next day. But work, workout, and learn new things I get done every day no matter what. The money making I do my best but if I don’t I simply move it forward to the next day they get done in the end
@@dee-ix3iq yeah, cash is king try get cash from your customers as much as possible but if you can’t get cash just bank transfer it as long as your trying to make income in daily that’s what counts. Your job is required daily but it’s essential so only track the money you make by hustling using your own skills and innovation.
And the most important part is to remember to find you own answers. Dont take someones advice as your truth; use it as inspiration, find find your own answers. In certain ways, were all very different people with very different lives. The things described as simple here can also be taxing or utterly exhausting; do your thing at your pace. As long as you are actively trying to live life well, im in love with you. And if youre not quite ready to do that yet, then i love you as well. Bottom line is, i love u 🫶 😊

Hi Scott, I came across your videos today. I've been dealing with "long covid" since Nov 2022 (actually July 2022 but it was only for a few days and then came back horribly in November). My worst symptom has been 24/7 breathing issues and vocal cord issues (I'm a musician and had to stop practicing singing which has been emotionally devastating for me since I loved it so much). I also had a few other issues which have slowly been going away. I've heard of augmented NAC but haven't tried it (yet?). Have your eye issues resolved? I'm guessing they have since this video was posted last year, but just in case... I wanted to suggest colloidal silver. I've dealt with a lot of eye issues in the past (styes and chalazions). Several years ago, I had a really painful and swollen stye. I knew that you could take colloidal silver orally, but then I found out that you can also use it in the eyes - so, I put 2 or 3 drops of colloidal silver (in each eye) and the pain of the stye immediately decreased, and within an hour the swelling had decreased too. I kept up the treatment over the week along with hot-compressing and it went away. Now, any time I have itchy eyes (which signal a stye might happen) I put 1 or 2 drops of colloidal silver, and the itching immediately goes away. I sometimes do it more than once a day if the itching happens to comes back. Also if I read a lot and my eyes get strained/dry I use a drop or 2 of colloidal silver. Whole Foods used to have it but I think they don't carry it anymore. I'm happy to know you are also aware of the truth of this world. We have to keep sharing our knowledge with others about the truth and also about health and cures. Hopefully my comment here can help someone else in the future too.

@@YourBoxingMindYou're welcome! I'd be curious to know if it helped or not. Another thought I just had - maybe the issue is caused by (or contributed to by) reading stuff on the computer or phone? Maybe your eyes were fine in the past, but since "covid" has made our bodies more easily affected by things, it's causing them to get red. We have to constantly analyze our lives now and be our own doctors. 🙄lol

Am 37 mate 38 on December am i too old to get into boxing again on a competitive level? I have trained Thai boxing off and boxing off and off for a few years. Do you go church up your way i did in Aberdeen years ago
@@dee-ix3iq hey man no no church for me. Not too old man I think 40 is the age. You have a few years and I can predict you could get 3-10 amateur bouts if you go to a club 2 nights a week during the week and tell the coach your goal to get some amateur bouts. I have fought some older guys when I was younger and they was very strong for the weight and tough opponents for me. Go for it man 100% life’s short get some good experiences that you want behind you amateur bouts are safe and easily done all you need is a good routine and a boxing club

@@dee-ix3iq read some pages of multiple books on different topics, then hit the gym either jog and abs, boxing workout and Abs, or a bodybuilding strength gym workout. I rotate between those 3 types of morning workouts so while ones recovering the other one I’m improving.then once I’ve trained my mind and my body, I start my day job at work. Hope that helps
