What gets me the most about all this, is that all of these things are pharmaceuticals. What is the point to living a healthy lifestyle, if your just gonna destroy that benefit by injecting yourself with PEDs or consume things from a lab? I personally think the dangers of pre-workout vastly outstrip the dangers of processed sugar. Im for eliminating both from your diet.
Pre-workout is just waste of money. I work out 5-6t a week and never use that. Second yh they are on PEDs but if i had to chose from tobacco, alcohol or roids id chose roids every day of week.

I like the joke repacking the weights lol but I've been shown that it's a good "exercise" for pre squats. You overload your bar to "prep" your spine. The extra weight and bracing you do to support this makes your normal lift weight seem lighter n so now I always do this if I'm pushing a new pb. 90kg squat after bracing 160kg feels around 80 85kg at the bottom calfs touching arse/hamstrings part. Works for me anyway
That's true, did this with benchpress, 1 max rep (always full range of motion) and then going back to my normal weight for reps. But the thing is, you know people are ego lifting because you would never film such preparation if it wasn't for your ego to show off, right? :)

That in the end is the reason to NOT use collars. If they weren't able to slide that weight off to one side, it would cause major injury.
