    Add turmeric when cooking dal n will give nice color. I bet u will like it. If u forget then u can add right after opening the lid.

    Hi... Im not sure if you read this comment or not... But the way you are speak make me feel that yes even im in the same way that you do.... I do watch all your videos....the impact that you are creating to me is providing positive energy.... After watching the video when u sent your 2nd daughter to day care.... I felt what i missed with my baby.... I was very scared to send him to day care and left him near my parents... Which felt me feel ashamed of myself.... But happy to get him back now... Thankyou for your videos...

    Very inspiring 👏 I am following IF religiously 6 months onwards I started with 16 hours now doing 22 hours everyday .Plus strength training 💪 . IF is just awesome 👌 my whole life style got changed 🙌 Doing extended fasting 24hours once a month. Managing two kids house chores and work out. I won't get tired at all. I lost 16kgs that's the magic of IF 💖👍

    Madhuri garu , I love the way you manage your life . I have two kids ,aged 26 months and 6 months ( gave birth during the pandemic with no support from parent s till date ) whenever I feel low or less confident on how can I manage stuff , I see your videos andi . Chala motivating and refreshing andi . Keep rocking ! Portion size is the key andi for weight loss , I lost 40 pounds in span of 3 years with both my pregnancies and I’m still winning through it , please try to do a video which replaces all whites( white rice / sooji/idlirava/ white bread and white pasta) with healthy options . Kadupu madchukunte neerasam vasthundi, replace with healthy options and that’s what I’ve been doing all the time ... again good luck and keep rocking
