I started your technique 10 days after face/neck lift surgery. I did in the morning and again in the evening. My ear became swollen and inflamed, I used a cool massage stone on lateral neck down to collar bone, fluid came out behind my ear like a faucet . It was interesting but alarming. I wasn't sure whether to let it flow or compress to stop the flow. Is this rare or to be expected? any input will be appreciated

Stretch the lymphatic vessels perpendicularly then mobilize going with the direction of the vessel. The hand and fingers should not slide off rhe skin w a single stroke unless it is effelorage used to open the vessels prior to the treatment.
Hi Kelly. This is a really great video, thank you. I had a face and neck lift 6 weeks ago and still have some submental residual swelling along my jaw bone and under my chin. The lymph glands in my neck feel blocked and I have been massaging them down towards the collar bone as you have suggested. For the under chin area, do you suggest moving this fluid along and upwards towards the ears or is it best for this area to be massaged downwards towards the colar bone? Any advice would be gratefully received.
I had a facelift 15 months ago, and since then, my left eyebrow has been immobile. It has a little movement at the end of the brow, and that’s all. I have lost my facial expression, and I feel so worried that it will stay that way. I started physical therapy and electrotherapy. I have used Proserin and Nuclo injections, but none of these have helped. What can I do? I do not want to have botox on the right side

You should have left the illustrations of the lymphatic system up on screen MUCH longer. and just used your voice over. It is much more informative and interesting than a "talking head", as we call it in the business.

What about the scar tissue in front of the ear after a facelift? Won’t that block the fluid?
